Absolutely amazing! Staff is so friendly, very welcoming and pleasant. All so knowledgeable of what services they are offering. I chipped my tooth on a Wednesday and was squeezed in on a Friday to get it repaired along with other minor work done. Look no further if you’re in the PCB area or nearby. The best dentist office, hands down.

Improvement:know beforehand what my insurance will cover. I was not prepared for the charge, though it was reasonable compared to other dental services. Perhaps offer a period of time a large bill can be paid without interest.
All in all, nice first visit.

I am a 1 year patient now and this last experience was the best cleaning and experience I have had with any dentist in 50 years! The technicians name was Amber. She was so personable, had the best rapport and explained what she was doing, took the time to talk to me about my dental needs as well as ask about how I liked living in PCB, as I am new to the area just about a year. I was impressed with her people skills. It made me feel much more relaxed and honestly was a better experience than last time. No complaints on last visit for cleaning but this one with Amber was 10++ stars! Also Jessica, the Office Manager has been remarkable and I dealt with her my last visit .She was so wonderful and resolved a issue I had on my first invisalign visit. But, again - the staff they have up front as well as Jessica are rock stars. I have dealt with the Office Manager Jessica on my last visit and she was correcting a bad experience I had with a past employee. She's lovely and really helped me! I also Loved dealing on phone and in person with Sydney and Tiffany! I have had schedule issues on my end and almost never came back and Tiffany worked with me by phone to resolve and get me in. Also I have had invisalign and not liked it, wanted to remove them and stopped using my trays and all three helped convince me to keep it since I paid already and gave me help with these little gel chews to help insert my trays. I have had issues getting my trays in. Whoever did the hiring has made a excellent choice with Amber, Sydney and Tiffany. You gained a long term patient when I was considering a new dentist office. Kudos

And timely. My dental hygienist, April, was the best. Very thorough, quick and gentle. She was extremely sweet and professional. Very relaxing.

Super experience. My wife has very sensitive teeth, and going to just have her teeth cleaned is a big stress. This was the first visit to this office for her and it could not have gone better. When she got in the car afterwards, she was giving thanks for the wonderful care she received.

The cleaning and the diagnosis was extremely thorough and the information share by the dental hygienist and the dentist more than I have ever received during dental exams elsewhere. The staff was wonderful. Amber was so sweet and very detailed in her work. She found that my crown on my implant was loose which I was not aware of. Thank goodness for her expertise. I’m in good hands with them.

The service here was amazing. Being a new patient is unnerving especially when I don't like going to dentist office.
Jennifer explained every step of the process. She checked my insurance and presented options for cleaning. The dentist came in and explained what needed to be done and how we should proceed.
They are so organized, friendly and genuinely caring. Actually listened and provided great service. What a concept in today's world.
