I usually hate the dentist...My experience was great from the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist herself. She was gentle, I felt nothing and she did major work in less than 45 minutes. Very skilful hands. I am a loyal client now.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Rotter’s for several years. She is caring, patient (always takes time to answer my many questions) and professional. She has done a great job with fillings and other issues I had due to my own lack of dental upkeep. The staff and hygienists are incredible. Everyone is friendly and they are great with setting and managing my appointments. I would not go anywhere else for dental work and maintenance.

Dr. Rotter and her team are very responsive and extremely friendly, and the office environment is comfortable and inviting. But most important is the professionalism, skill level and work ethic they exhibit. I highly recommend this small but most competent Dental office. I and my wife have been patients for 4+ years and they always exceed my/our expectations.
Also a current update: They have made many adjustments to make the office and dental rooms COVID-19 compatible - did a wonderful job and exceeded expectations.

and understand the treatment each step of the way. The office is clean with state of the art equipment and comfortable with TVs in each room. Dr. Rotter and her friendly staff make an excellent team. I can't say I ever loved going to the dentist, but she has made it the best possible experience it could be. I highly recommend West Pines Dental.
