I saw all the high reviews and thought that I had found a great dentist. Instead I received a dentist who didn’t care about her patients. The dental assistant said horrible things to me such as telling me I should ask my husband for new teeth for Christmas because mine were ugly. Mind you I was struck by a car as a child so my teeth have suffered a great deal from that. When multiple horrible comments such as this were made the dental assistant had asked me not to tell anyone because “I owed her money” for not having the gas during the procedure. (Even though I wanted the gas and suffered through a 2.5 hour apt in a great deal of pain.) I realized I wouldn’t want others to be treated like this so I requested to speak with the dentist privately. I wasn’t expecting anyone to get fired but I surely wasn’t expecting the dentist to make excuses for the poor behavior of her staff. She expressed that it was due to English not being their first language and translation can sometimes be tricky. My husband’s first language isn’t English and he hasn’t said things like that. Additionally, saying someone’s teeth are ugly, or any part of them, is not something that can be misconstrued. After suffering through years of surgeries as a child I was left with a self-consciousness that’s highly related to my teeth. Having a dental assistant point out my biggest insecurity in such a horrid manner was traumatizing. I left the dental office crying on two occasions. Please consider my story before using this dentist!

Love my Hygenist, Anna, she’s so very gentle, yet professional. I received one of the best cleaning I’ve had in a long time. Dr Rotter took her time in explaining my dental needs and answering my questions. Great experience- I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dental care!
