Finally an honest review! Dr. Gonzalez acted as if she cared and was gentle at first. Then I was required to come the next day for an aggressive sales pitch on all of my work. I did need quite a few things done. However, she wanted to do things that were not necessary and the quote was exorbitant. My fiance insisted I see her Dentist (Dr. Andrew Adler in Hollywood FL) and boy was that the best decision I have ever made. He takes a conservative approach to getting your oral health back in tip top shape. He was absolutely amazing, and to top it all off he was a fraction of the cost. I am not even exaggerating a quarter of the price! Literally! I am not saying Dr.Gonzalez does not do good work, but she is quite aggressive with her sales approach and inflates the work to milk you a bit. Then she will throw jabs when you are not ready to make an appointment. She makes comments like, "do you think your girlfriend will want to kiss that mouth". She is quite the lady in the art of manipulation. When you agree to make an appointment because she is so pushy, she will want a massive deposit to lock you in to make sure you don't go else where to spend less. After you refuse, she will continue to make under handed comments, and then want to take more close up photos of your teeth to "send you home with a souvenir" of your bad teeth. I am not exaggerating or joking about my experience. I thought she was nice, but was not appreciative of the way she conducts business and the way she handles her customer with a lack of disrespect. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

This dental office is a rip off. They want to charge you for everything. They don’t have patients they have clients and they make up probems to charge more. Also they charge 50% advance to make a second appointment which if you do not want to go and go before to cancel the next visit they refuse to return the “deposit”. The doctor is very unprofessional all she wants is more and more money. No wonder why the office was empty and only new people were walking in. No way they can keep patients.

Let me just begin by saying, I found this dental office after being up all night from excruciating pain from a decayed wisdom tooth. Gonzalez dental office took me in without a problem even after I mentioned I'm not sure if my insurance would cover a WHOLE extraction. I was greeted from the MOMENT I opened the door. The environment of the office makes the nerves of being at a dentist, not so scary AT ALL! I was very comfortable. I was scared from reading a review from a previous commenter that Dr. Gonzalez would try to upsale me and take as much as she can but, in fact Dr. Gonzalez was the SWEETEST! Even educated me on my tooth with the NUMEROUS amounts of questions I had regarding my X-rays. I had my wisdom tooth extracted the next morning and it was the most PAINLESS experience I've ever gone through! I was made comfortable throughout the whole procedure! Quick and efficient. Dr. Gonzalez has sparked a new love for my teeth that I never had before. Definitely cannot wait to go back and have more work done. I would definitely recommend this dental office to those who are searching for a dental home. This is the place!!

The front desk staff is so nice and welcoming and Dr Gonzalez is the best. My extraction was painless and Dr Gonzalez made me feel comfortable through the entire process. I found my dentist!!!!

If you want to have a great experience visiting a dentist, then you have to visit Dr Gonzalez's office. A very professional staff from the front desk to all the techs. Dr Gonzalez is a very caring and knowledgeable dentist and she will treat you with compassion. I have highly recommended Dr Gonzalez to family and friends for her excellent services. It has been the best experience I have had at a dental office!
