Very disappointed in this dentist office, When it comes to the office collecting the payment it's all smiles to charge you more than what the patient is really responsible for, instead of waiting on the insurance to come back with actual rates they collect more from the patient just to cover their behind at the moment of service, the person that deals with the accounts stated that if there was any refund due to the PT, that I had the option to keep it as a credit at the office or receive a check from Liliana Gonzalez Office, I requested a check from them which one of the staff members stated that it was fine and they will call me when ready to pick up and now I get a call from another staff (Ashley) stating that because CARE CREDIT charges them a fee that the only way they can refund is by placing it back into the CARE CREDIT, a card that has been paid off and now at zero balance, meaning now me as the PT I have to call and go through a 3 to 4 week wait from CARE CREDIT to receive a check because a dentist office decided to charge more than what they were suppose to, I believe in sticking to what you promise and state at the moment of service. Very disappointed and will not be returning to an office that doesn't abide by what they tell their PT's, will not be recommending to family and friends

So suffering severe pain from a tooth that my Former dentist filled a cavity my Former dentist said 2 weeks I called Dr Gonzalez office they said right no. Everyone one was so kind and professional. The Dr explained everything to me. She pulled the bad tooth. I am beyond happy

Smiling faces, but a lot of mistakes and confusion between staff. Providing the patient with wrong information. When you bring it to the Doctor's attention, Surprise!! it's like instead of them listening they are ready to attack back. Trying to make you feel like "the patient is the one who is Guilty"
For example, after a dental cleaning they'll charge you $40 because they decide to apply something without asking the patient if they want it in the first place. And sending outdated records to other providers, and not keeping their word, and leaving loose screws,etc.
Also you see a lot of new staff all the time.
Disappointed with all the mistakes at that office. And I am talking about a $5000.00 dental work.
