LIERS!!! As I was a walk in with my 3 children and my mom we were told that the exam was free at no cost I was the only one approved for coverage threw my job I was given the price and the portion I had to pay with my coverage and I agreed I received a letter in the mail from my insurance and I my insurance was charged for the free exam they asked me to pay out-of-pocket four hundred and some odd dollars the same amounts my insurance was charged if I got my free exam as discussed in her little room I would have not had so much out-of-pocket expenses my insurance would have covered majority of everything once they got the info they charged my insurance if I was not going to go through with them I could understand them charging me at this point I don’t know what to do but I am going to file a claim to fight this because my insurance was charged under false pretense and just because They feel like it’s insurance they can do whatever they want it’s not free money it’s my insurance that I have to use wisely...
