I never leave reviews so this one is extra special: I absolutely love this place! They are so patient with my son who needed extensive reconstructive work after he fell and broke his front teeth! Yes, his adult teeth! They made a 12 year old boy very happy! Everyone from the front office staff, Niurka, to the dentist, Dr Hernandez, and the dental assistant, Jhon, are amazing and welcoming. They always greet us with a smile. Thank you for everything you do!

My 10 year crown accidentally came out one evening, and within hours the next day I was in the chair. They did an absolute fabulous job as they found out why the old crown had come out (due to tooth decay under the crown). Before the day was over I had received the red carpet treatment this office is known for and a new crown had already been produced and installed. The friendliness, professionalism and personal service I received was second to none. On top of it a same day crown was produced in house and perfectly placed in my mouth for a very competitive price. Thank you for being the best dentist office in Pembroke Pines.

So happy I found this place, Dr. Kirstie Ninan was absolutely fantastic. Loved her professionalism and patience with me. I had a lot of questions in regards to my wisdoms teeth to which she was theral and explained the process. Had a cleaning today and it was gental, smooth and just great work. So excited I found my new dentist office who care for their patients for once .:)

I’m very disappointed to report that I had a poor experience. I arrived on time for my first appointment as a new patient to see Dr Arthur Shinder…after waiting an hour in the reception, I was told by Ezekiel (receptionist) that the doctor was still with another patient and they would get an assistant to see me shortly instead. I understand that sometimes things happen and I don’t mind waiting 10-15 mins … but a full hour?! I had to pay for child care for this appointment and they didn’t have the courtesy to tell me they were behind over an hour to give me the choice of rescheduling.

After an hour, I just left, as I had no confidence in this place. How can they care about my health if they just forget about me in the reception?

Honesty and simple courtesy of respect is all I expected. Very bad first impression, I do not recommend unless you have a whole afternoon to waste waiting around.

Amazing experience! From the front receptionist to the Doctor herself. The entire team was extremely professional and Thorough with the entire treatment plan. The office is clean and very modern! It was a pleasure working with this office and will definitely be back. Thank you!

Honestly after hating the idea of going to the dentist for such a long time, Dr. Ninan made it an extremely pleasurable and comfortable experience. She didn’t overcharge me or make me do anything that I really didn’t need. Def coming back to start my Invisalign plan soon! Front office was a joy to be around! Can’t wait to come back!

Last week, I went to West Pines Modern Dentistry for a deep cleaning. I was acknowledged and helped right away by Jina, the operation Mrg. The staff took real good care of me, The dental hygienist, Jeysel was great he made the cleaning a pain free experience, and taught me how to properly floss everyday. I am very satisfied with the level of care and attention that they provided and look forward to my next visit. I would recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional dental Services.

I have not been to the dentist in 3 years. If I had previous encounters with dentists as I did with Dr. Ninan, I would be receiving treatment every 6 months. This office was such a breath of fresh air. Amazing atmosphere from speaking with the front desk to receiving treatment from Dr. Ninan. Looking forward to more great visits!
