My first time at a new dentist, I have to say I was a bit apprehensive after going to the same dentist for about 9-10 years. After moving I needed to find a new dentist office that would be closer to my home. I heard about west pines modern dentistry through their internal marketing and decided to try it out. I was very pleased with the staff and their level of friendliness and professionalism. I was constantly being asked if I was comfortable or needed anything. I work in the hospitality business so it's safe to say that i know all about what it takes to have quality people representing your brand. The Doctor, The X-ray tech, The Hygienist, The office Manager and Benefits Coordinator all took time to introduce themselves and explain anything I asked about. I wish I remembered everyone's name to be able to thank them more directly. I'd definitely recommend this Dentist office. Friendly, professional, patient & educated are all words that come to mind when I left this practice.

I did not have a good experience. I scheduled an appointment for cleaning , x-ray and exam as per their advertised rate of $59. I have dental insurance but once I gave them the card they told me they didn’t accept my insurance. I told them I will go ahead and just do the general prophylaxis cleaning that was part of $59 instead of $710 cleaning they wanted me to do. Then they came back and told me that the hygienist is busy that day and won’t do my cleaning and I needed to come back some other day. I found that insulting and unethical especially since I already had a scheduled appointment for cleaning. I walked out.

I have had a lot of dental experience that was very negative and they eased my mind and made my experience super comfortable. The staff and the doctors are very friendly and I highly recommend. I was one of those people that never wanted to go to the dentist because of fear and bad negative experiences and West Pines Modern Dentistry has totally turned that around. Thanks to the staff and the doctors for being so awesome.

I love everything about this dental office; I absolutely love Doctor Nelly Perez; she explained my situation step by step and how to take care of some issues.
She is so amazing and it was very gentle and she was always asking if I was in any discomfort or pain.

I have to be honest. I hate going to the dentist. West Pines Modern Dentistry's excellent staff has changed my perception of going to the dentist. They made me feel like family and even went and bought me an orange juice from the store bc my blood sugar dropped too low. The have the latest technology and best staff ever. Super nice!
