I would strongly recommend using Dr. James McCreary and his staff. I was in great pain due to my wisdom tooth coming through and needed something done ASAP. Dr. McCreary and his staff were amazing and they took care of me and my tooth issue immediately. I don't think I ever walked in that office and didn't see someone without a big friendly smile ready to help. This is truly a great office and group of people. Don't do crowns here. They will break and you will be stuck to get a implant. Once your insurance drops they want nothing to do with you anymore. Look somewhere else if you want good care.

Due to my husband having a dental emergency, we came across McCreary family dentistry. We absolutely recommend them to any and everyone. They are extremely friendly, informative, and willing to help in so many ways. My husband had a dental emergency a few weeks ago and they did not hesitate to squeeze him in as soon as they could. Their outstanding customer care and attitude is what made me book my own check up with them. I am usually nervous about getting dental work done, but the staff here leaves you feeling educated and relaxed. I say educated because I've been to other dentists before that did not feel the need to tell me what they were doing in my mouth! Having the lady walk me through the steps took my mind off of how nervous I was, and I also learned some really neat things that will help me in the future. Not having awkward silence where the only sounds you hear are tools grinding at your teeth with a lady that looks like she's judging your bad dental records was so comforting... and for that, I will recommend these guys to everyone!

Nicest dentist I have ever met. Highly recommend him. Staff is awesome too!

I have an extreme aversion of all things involving dentistry, a dental office, people who are employed in dental offices, even people who have a dentist as a friend! I recently has my teeth cleaned here. Jacqueline was my hygienist.
I had not had a cleaning in at least 7 years. With extreme hesitation, trepidation, and slight terror, I amazingly kept my appointment!
Jacqueline never hurt me. She had me at ease , mentally, in the two minutes of meeting her. She had an uncanny ability to make a "connection" with me before I even sat in her chair.
As for the procedure, OMG, I have NEVER been to a hygienist who did not "slip" or have to say "sorry" because she hurt my gums. This NEVER occurred with Jacqueline. She explained every move she made ..before and during the entire process. I was impressed beyond belief.

Absolutely, positively, THE BEST EXPERIENCE I have had with teeth cleaning!!

I think I may be in love!! At least, I am grateful beyond words!!

On January 23rd the "man behind the curtain" (Dr. McCreary, of course) is filling a cavity. I pray that he is on par with the rest of his staff!!! lol.

My wife and I were looking for a dentist. Dr McCreary was the 3rd office we contacted. needless to say that was the last office we had to contact. Their staff is very professional and gave us the best possible price. Our previous dental experiences have been horrible with other dentist but Crystal, Whitney and Sara eased us into it. No matter the question or how insignificant my question may have been they were patient and very comforting. I reccomend this office to anyone wanting the best dental care. At 38 I finally don't mind going to the dentist. Thank You guys and we look forward to continue to doing all our dental with you guys! Blaine and Tia

I love this dentist, they take really good care of my teeth and helped me get better at taking care of them myself. Jackie is great to talk to and makes the cleaning experience stress-free and no big deal at all. I had a root canal done here too and experienced 0 pain, and minimal discomfort afterwards. I recommend everyone I know here.

Before I had my first visit with Dr. McCreary, I hadn't been to a dentist in 24 years. He and the staff were kind, caring, and thorough. And prompt. When it's your time to be in a chair, you're going to be in the chair. Not waiting for long, either. Efficiency abounds here! The building and equipment is top notch. You'd think that you were in a five-star resort, being pampered by very polite folks. If you're looking for a dentist, or looking for a *new* dentist, give this place a call. You'll be surprised and pleased by the service.

You just don't find offices like this one very often. Unfortunately have a family member that is not covered under our dental coverage but had a dental emergency that couldn't wait. I called Monday morning and he was in the chair by Monday afternoon. All the forms were completed online before we got to the office so there was NO wait time! The staff was amazing and did not treat the customers without dental insurance any different than those with insurance which is almost unheard of (by the way we also watched a few other come in without coverage as well). His extraction was over and done before I settled into my online cell phone game. This office should be the first one to pop in when you type in emergency dentistry near me! Already telling others about our visit. Really sad to see the other young lady leave over a missed confirmation. You may have to swallow your pride and give them one more try. We have been to many other local offices and trust me, the staff, dentist, facility and practice as a whole is wonderful compare to some other 4 or 5 star rated offices.

Upon my first ever visit, in a day when local Covid cases are at ALL-TIME high, Dr. McCreary’s staff aren’t all wearing masks. He told me, “It’s been two years of pandemic and they’re all vaccinated.”

Yes, two years of time we would have all been masking and maybe shortening this horrific experience.

“I know three people who have had breakthrough cases, “ I said. “If you don’t care enough about my health to make everyone wear a mask, then we don’t have anything to do here.”

He said, “Then we have nothing to do here.” And I left.
If he so much as mentions my visit to my insurance company, I’ll have him charged with fraud.

I am angry!!!!
