Waited in the waiting room for an hour, only to find out that the office manager scheduled me for a consultation only and not a cleaning, which allows them to bill for more money, and collect more co-payments from me. When I decided to leave the dentist got angry and started shouting and tried to threaten me physically. Absolutely amazed at how bad this place is!
