I have most recently had the best dental experience ever! With horrible experiences in the past with not being properly numbed and feeling an entire dental procedure (filling) to a less than great bedside experience, I simply did everything I could to stay out of a dental office. Finally I decided I had to find someone that would listen and help me because I know my dental health needed attention. This team did not disappoint! Dr. Horanic took the time to meet with me and just talk prior to my first appointment. My second appointment was my exam and then we started with our plan of action on my third visit. He made sure I was comfortable because my anxiety was still an issue. To say that I didn’t even feel the needle when he numbed me is exactly what happened. He talked to me the entire time and Erin was amazing. The FD Team was super friendly and of course they have likely coded my chart to make sure I have a little extra care. Now I’m ready to get everything done to my smile that I’ve wanted for a long time. I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS but this one was a must. I don’t care where I end up living as I travel a bit with my company, I will always make my way to Dr. Horanic. Simply love him and his staff.

Do not go to this office if you are from out of state.
I went for a consultation it was about $130. They did not take my insurance at that time they said they needed to process it.
I scheduled a cleaning a week later, and was told the insurance would be processed and I would get a phone call with the results. They never called me before my appointment. I had to call them the morning of my appointment and I was told because I live out of state I have to pay in full put in a claim with my insurance company to get reimbursed. $1,300 for a cleaning.
Also the dentist doesn't care what you have to say about your treatment.
They ignore you and they keep trying to push their agenda
As this is an update to my last review today is March 26nd. 2021
First and foremost it is very HIPAA violation of you to say that I haven't had a cleaning in 20 plus years.
Which I will be pursuing legal action.
Please for the love of God people avoid this scam center that lies. Your personal privacy is at stake.

I've been going to Dr. Horanic for the last seven years and he is wonderful! He is very competent, compassionate, and extremely gentle. His staff is also very professional, courteous and friendly. Their office has cutting-edge technology, comfortable dental chairs, and has been professionally decorated so that you feel calm, comfortable and relaxed. I am so happy to have found this great Dentist.

I've been seeing Dr Horanic for over 20 years now just for general cleaning, etc. Now I need a crown, and I I requested Dr Horanic to call me regarding the procedure and pain medication. Angela, the office manager, called me and said that Dr Horanic refused to contact me and that she is his liaison... So how could she be since he is the Dr and she is not a medical professional but only an office manager. How could she possibly answer medical questions as a Dr can? She informed me that there would be no circumstances that he would prescribe pain medication other than anti inflamatory. So this tells me that he must not be qualified with medication. He is also not willing to call a patient who has questions regarding a $2000.00 procedure. I am changing dentists! My wife has been a state board certified wound care registered nurse and never liked his certifications or lack thereof. I should have been listening to her instead of Dr Horanic.

Relocated from Michigan to Sanford Florida in need of a Dentist. A friend recommended her dentist to me after speaking with the young lady at the front desk I made an appointment. After reviewing what they offered I called for more information , not pleased with the info. I decided to cancel that appointment. I had received a Lake Mary magazine. and was looking through the magazine and saw the ad for Lake Forest Dentistry. Which was in my neighborhood, made a call, the staff very helpful with the type of service offered. Made an appointment. Office,staff and Dentist very pleasant and personable. I am very pleased with the work that was done. I give Lake Forest Family Dentistry 5(five) Stars.
