This place is the most professional, cleanest, technologically advanced dentist office I have ever had the pleasure to be a patient of. The staff is incredible. They ALL made me feel welcome right away. When I say all, I mean every person I came across; from the reception desk, to everyone in the back. They explained every step, they let you ask questions, they give you a multitude of options to find what meets your personal needs. To have your dentist (Dr. Dennis R. Horanic) sit with you and take his time to make sure you understand everything, means a lot. It also shows his, and his staffs commitment to providing the best possible care to their patients. Not only would I recommend them, I would think you are really missing out by not making this wonderful team, your new dentist office!!

Dr. Horanic and his staff provide outstanding service and value. They are courteous, caring, and go above and beyond, every time. They display sincere concern for their patients. I never have to wait because they do not triple book the way so many other places do. That is extremely important to me. I have even sent a bill to a doctor's office for making me wait so long to demonstrate that my time is valuable, too. I don't ever have to worry about that with Lake Forest Family Dentistry because they treat everyone as they would like to be treated--with respect and dignity.
