This is the best dentist!!. I never have to wait when I arrive an always get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. The dentist and office staff are awesome! My hygenist is really thorough and Dr. H. is honest and friendly. I could not ask for a better dentist. I highly recommend this dentist office!

I've been so pleased with Dr. Haeussner’s work that I've recommended him to friends and family, and would now like to submit this review for anyone looking for an excellent dental practice.

His entire staff is professional, efficient, skilled as well as accommodating. I've been a patient here for close to five years and have never been less than completely satisfied. Also, I have never had any pain or discomfort from cleanings, fillings or the two crowns that I’ve had done.

Some previous dentists I've used seem to over treat, suggesting procedures I don't necessarily need. I don't get the sense Dr. Haeussner is concerned with performing any dental work that is not needed. His primary objective is my dental health, period! I really appreciate that!

Case in point; last year I asked about replacing an old crown on my front tooth that did not look correct as the bottom did not line up with the next tooth. He inspected it thoroughly, reshaped the edge slightly and assured me that it had much more life in it, ( instead of making me a new one).

On my last cleaning, he recommended having a crown made for a tooth that had an old, huge & cracked, filling; cautioning me that the tooth may crack, requiring a root canal if not attended to. I had this crown fabricated & installed yesterday, all performed in one visit, (under 2 hours). Now it's one of my best looking teeth!

Lisa, the hygienist is wonderful, thorough, and makes the cleanings a pleasure. The doctor’s care has always been exceptional and I highly recommend him.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Haeussner's for several years since we moved to St. Augustine. We are very happy with his care. His staff and hygienists are personable, kind and helpful. Dr. Haeussner is very knowledgeable and personable as well. We highly recommend this office!

I was very disappointed with this dentist. After 18 years going to a different dentist, I decided to try one closer to my home. The place was clean and the people in the office were friendly. But frankly I don't think this dentist has the ability to work on things that are a bit challenging. .After two years of having dental cleanings, and a few minor things done, I needed a bridge replacement. Dr Haussner only offered the option of a partial bridge. I decided to go back to my old dentist and get a second opinion. When I told them they told me I shouldn't bother coming for my cleaning I had scheduled the next day.. I honestly could not believe it. ..I had had dental cleanings every 3 months and x rays taken a few times. They neglected to see a very large cavity which could have been filled. My old dentist picked this up... I had to have the tooth removed because of their shortsightedness. I wouldn't recommend this dentist unless it is for very small and not particularly difficult cases...

I've been going to Ponce de Leon Family Dentistry since we moved here in 2011. Very friendly and helpful staff. The work provided has been outstanding. A very gentle, but thorough dentist and staff. I would recommend you try this business.

We are Canadians and my wife was in need of emergency care. Wow! We got an appointment within hours. Dr. Haeussner diagnosed the problem, prescribed medication to treat the pain that allowed my wife to return to Canada to visit our family dentist. Friendly, professional, efficient and knowledgeable these adjectives all apply. We cannot imagine better service. Many thanks.

I'm new here in town and needed a good dentist. Went for my first appt. and everyone at the office was great. Office staff friendly, hygienist was patient and informative, dentist seemed very professional and honest. Will be back in 6 months for another cleaning!
