Staff is friendly and courteous. Christine is extremely thorough and attentive to the cleaning and health of my teeth. Dr. DaSilva explains everything in detail and answers all my questions. Dr. DaSilva makes recommendations, explains what's involved with any procedures and why they may be necessary and when I should do them; suggesting also that this or that can wait. I do not feel that I am trying to be "upsold" at this dental practice which is why I left the last practice I was with for several years.

I have a tremendous fear of going to the dentist as I had some bad experiences when I was younger. I actually stopped going for 7 years and found Dr. Pomerantz and have been a regular (every 3 months) at this office! The doctors, hygienists and clerical staff are wonderful!! Update 6/23- Apparently my Dentist, Dr. Pomerantz retired shortly after I was there for my cleaning in 2021, no notice telling me. I was wondering why no one reminded me to get a cleaning this year!! So unprofessional! No wonder why my last visit was not as usual! Update 6/2/21- The Hygienist was charming, but the staff at the Front Desk/Billing had such a nasty condensending attitude when I questioned a charge, 5 stars to 3! Old review-Been coming here for years. In my opinion, I love a good Dentist from New York. The Dr. Reminds me of the best one's I had there. Not only knowledgeable, but has a very calm, professional manner. His work is excellent, and the Staff is efficient.

I have been a patient with this wonderful practice for approx 24 years along with my wife and kids. We have always found Dr. Pomerantz to be very kind and he takes time to explain everything to its fullest. The Office Staff and Dental Hygienists have been great and very accommodating. After years of failed crowns, bridges, veneers, root canals, and implants, I finally have a full upper arch of working/beautiful teeth for the first time in 7+ years! It is all due to efforts of Dr. Da Silva, Dr. Weishoff, and Yan (dental lab owner)! Mine was neither an easy nor common case to handle. Not only were all the prior procedures extremely expensive with failing results, they were also very painful. I will be working on completing a full lower arch in the upcoming months.

They answer your questions and also educate you as a patient on your dental hygiene and any foreseen issue that may come due to any concerns at the time of your visit.

I Have had problems with the teeth Dr. Pomerantz worked on. I went back and he said there was nothing wrong. I know the teeth are not right and now I have developed other problems and there isn't a doubt in my mind it's from the work he did. Terrible experience.
