Extremely professional office. When in the chair how I was faring with whatever procedure was occurring was of prime importance. I was comforted by getting an explanation of what was to come next. Before leaving the chair a description of what was go on during my next visit was relayed to me.
After each visit what were the total charges; what my insurance company was going to pay for; and what was going to be my part to pay was carefully explained.
Oh! And the video camera that was used to show me an errant tooth was truly valuable!

There are not enough nice words to describe the South Florida Laser dentistry office. Dr. Pomerantz, Dr. Garri and the staff are the most warm, welcoming, compassionate people I have ever met in any place of business. I'm terrified of the dentist....TERRIFIED!! But had to start a search for a new one when I started having pain from my wisdom teeth. I literally called the office in tears when making the appointment because I was so nervous/scared. Heidi and Debbie both calmed me down and eased my fears. I walked in and ended up being there twice in 2 days to meet both Drs. I ended up having my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Garri on Friday and I can not speaking highly enough about him and the assistant Kelley. As scared as I was, they made the procedure simple and pain free. It was, dare I say, an amazing experience. Here I sit in the dentist chair, willingly, so Dr Pomerantz can check the surgical sites and already I'm more at ease just from speaking to Kelley. I'm keeping this office for life!
