The office staff has had multiple turnovers in 2 years. Their billing/payment department or office manager quotes you a set payment plan or amount in writing on paper and then demand you pay more AFTER you have paid your responsible amount up front!!! They then use hostile tactics to try to collect a balance and are rude rather than trying to come to an amicable solution. There are MANY other offices who won't treat you in this manner and have more etiquette. Save yourself the trouble.

I would highly recommend Dr Pomerantz, he and his staff make you feel very comfortable and at ease. I’m a person that gets anxiety when having to go to the dentist. I can honestly say I don’t feel that way anymore!

I recommend Dr. Pomerantz to all my friends and family. The staff is amazing. The office is always clean.. Best experience ever! I love it here and would not go anywhere else... Dr. Pomerantz explains everything in detail while you're looking at your before and after pictures.. I can go on and on but I'll stop here. Give them a try you'll not be disappointed.

Great experience, Dr Pomerantz is fantastic, very gentle and professional with his work. He performed a root canal procedure on me which was petrified, he did such of great job to put me at ease and the best part is that i didn't feel a thing.....great work!

I am truly shocked and appalled with the lack of empathy I have been shown by Dr Seth Pomerantz over past 4 months I've told you that I've had a problem with the post in my gum which I have had the post for 11 months.,and you have been telling me about inflammation which I don't have cracked tooth which I don't have and When you removed my permanent crown you never checked to see if the post is lose which it is, as a Doctor to tell me I should just live with the sensation of every time I talk , eat I have to constant reminder about the post. you sent me to your colleague to have a consult which cost me money he found nothing wrong with my gum or tooth and he also did not want to address the problem that I clearly stated that the removal of my temporary crown caused this problem that I am having and neither Doctor want to address the problem. Right now I do not feel comfortable. I do not feel you have my health care is in the best interest of Dr Seth Pomerantz and South Florida Laser Dentistry
When a Doctor Choose not to listen to the problem of his patience and check that problem out. Then your concern as a Doctor is about your practice and nothing to do with your patience Dr Seth Pomerantz
