I haven’t been to the dentist in a long time because of a bad experience at another office. I folded because I really need it now and oh boy is this place good. Dr. Bereford is fantastic! 2 extraction and 8 fillin later and I can tell you this is the best place to go! Staff is courteous and the Doc is so calm and caring that before you know it your appointment is done. Highly recommended.

Top notch care and service. The team and Dr. Beresford are highly recommended in every capacity. I am so grateful to have found such a top quality practice - I needed multiple procedures that were performed by other specialists recommended by Dr. Beresford and am thrilled with the outcome of all treatments. The office is communicative & responsive and truly aim to give the patient the best possible care.

I had over 5 crowns done and could not be more pleased with Dr. Beresford's work. She is excellent. She also makes you feel at ease and is very knowledgeable. Grace is my hygienest and she is very competent and listens to your concerns. I highly recommend.

In the midst of this pandemic I was very hesitant of going to the dentist, but I had neglected my dental care and I could not stand my "mask breath" anymore.
Upon arriving at Dr Beresford's office I was greeted at the door by a very friendly receptionist who took my temperature and screened me about Covid.I felt relieved as the
waiting room was empty and I was ushered directly to my room.
In the chair I noticed how sterile everything was.The instruments were wrapped ,the chairs and dental apparatus had plastic barriers,
there was an air purifier in my room and I believe UV lights.
Dr Beresford herself was covered in PPEs from head to toe. I really felt comfortable and "safe" for my proceedure.Ms Grace usually does my cleaning and I'm always soo happy with her service and I found the same to be true of Dr Beresford .The thoroughness, gentleness and the attention to detail was above par. I did not feel rushed as Dr Beresford explained the possible cause of my "bad mask breath" and the treatment and cost of service was very affordable. I highy recommend this practice for all your dental needs.Please do not put off your dental care Dr.Beresford and her team will take very good care of you.

Good at start and went downhill. My spouse went to the dentist to have some work done. The frontdesk knows we are married. I called the dentist office to request a copy of the receipt. Rather than sending to me, the woman who works at the reception told me I needed my spouse consent over a 5$ bill ?!!! First time ever hear this and was not disclosed to me on any visit. We both have FSA so we share expenses as permitted by law. My spouse gave consent. I frankly found it very weird because they know we are married and that was for insurance claim. I called again asking that the receipt be sent by email. The front desk refused and did not offer any explanation. The Woman was rude. I needed this to be sent by email. She did not say that her system was down or anything. She just said on a rude tone that she could put in the mail which did not work for me and hung up on my face. I cannot recommend this place to anyone based on that treatment. I do not accept people hanging up on my face.Would you ? I called multiple times the office and they would not pick the phone. In one of the calls that went through (probably another person was there) when I mentioned I wanted to speak with a Manager they hanged up again on me. I truly believe the front desk lady had a lot of pleasure doing that. On top, they called my wife to complain that I called multiple times rather than checking with me the customer what had really transpired. In my 40 years, this is the first time that I am exposed to a situation like that. If the front desk woman can treat you poorly and the dentist cannot check with the customer what happened, I cannot recommend this place. This review has nothing to do with the quality of dental work in this office. The only thing I had done there was hygiene and the service was pretty standardard in comparison to any place I have been. On top of that my wife told they dont want me there. So rather than checking with me they passed judgement. Pretty laughable. Something really small turned into a nightmare. What it costs to send an email with the receipt attached ? If you cannot just say your system is down but dont take out on the customer if you are having a bad day or something. Most if not all doctors' office will send a copy of the receipt attached by email.
