She is very skilled in cosmetic dentistry and provides natural-looking results.
The front office staff is exceptional and provides stellar service. They are kind, funny, and go out of their way to find appointments that fit patients' schedules. They are knowledgeable about dental insurance and work hard to minimize out-of-pocket costs. The practice is highly recommended for those who are nervous about going to the dentist because of past trauma. The staff makes patients feel comfortable and welcome, and they take great care of them.

Excellent service, highly professional and friendly staff. Beautiful, clean and state-of-the-art, office and equipment. Going to the dentist has never been something I enjoyed EVER! Yet I look forward to my visits to Dr. Paulen's office because my teeth and gums are always given the best care by Dr. Paulen and her team.
Jasmine does a superb job each time working on my "extremely sensitive gums",with very little discomfort. If I come early to my appointment, she starts my service as soon as she can!
Supporting staff - Christine, Karen, Kristina & Mira - are always helpful and accommodating, with "happy" smiles on their faces.

I came in for the gum depigmentation procedure and was highly satisfied with my experience and the results! Their customer service was the best I’ve encountered. I walked in a bit nervous for my appointment however Christine, Dr. Paulen, and Dr. Claudy were extremely friendly and welcoming. Dr. Paulen and her assistant Dr. Claudy were knowledgeable and communicative and they provided me with best experience possible easing my nerves. They consistently made sure I was comfortable. The procedure was quick and painless and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results! Proud Smiles definitely lives up to their name as I left my appointment beaming with happiness. I will be recommending this dentistry to everyone! Thank you Dr. Paulen!

Dr. Paulen and her staff are amazing! I went in for an unplanned root canal, and could not have been more pleased with the experience. They picked up my call before hours, got me in that same morning, took care of my root canal, and I felt zero pain! That's the first time I've had a root canal with zero pain or discomfort (I've had two prior to that). As someone who generally dislikes all dental visits, I went in thinking this was going to be terrible as well. But I'm so happy that Dr. Paulen proved me wrong! She and her team are amazingly warm, friendly, personable, and just fun to be around. I didn't think I'd be laughing and taking photos with the staff after a root canal (who does that?!?). Overall I give them an A+ and recommend them to anyone who wants their dental visit to be smooth, hassle free, quick, and as enjoyable as humanly possible!

Dr. Paulen was beyond ready for my appointment with her - She had informational slides about my condition ready and explained everything thoroughly. Excellent experience.

I just had the best dentist experience ever. I have put off going anywhere for over 7 years now...and finally a cracked tooth forced me to find a place to go. I was so lucky to find Proud Smiles. I really can't say enough about how well I was treated by every single member of the staff. I'm sure this part was just lucky - but I was able to get in for a consultation in a single day and was able to have procedures done the day after that. I am now very motivated to take care of many years of ....I won't say neglect...but I surely wasn't doing the things I should have been...and I feel like I have a caring dental home where I can work through those all of those things and will receive top of the line care. Dr. Paulen was fantastic!

I love it here! The atmosphere is so welcoming. The front desk associates are always friendly. The Dr. Paulen and the hygienist are very knowledgeable and informative. I have never had to wait too long past my appointment time to be seen. All my procedures have been pain free!!!

Dr. Brenda Paulen and her entire staff are truly amazing. Everyone has given exceptional customer service. Doesn't even seem like a dentist appointment because I always have such a great time with the team when I go in for my visit. They helped me to acheive the smile that I wanted and I feel truly awesome and now I look even more amazing. You ladies ROCK!!!!

I love coming to Dr. Paulen and Proud Smiles dental office. I've been coming to Dr. Paulen for over 7 years and from the front desk to the hygienist they've been nothing but awesome people!!!
Her office is nothing but first class and every time I leave from getting a cleaning I'm not afraid to show it off with a smile.
Dr. Paulen also removed all four of my wisdom teeth at one time, in which I was terrified to have it done from all the horror stories I heard from other people and their dentist. Dr. Paulen assured me I would be fine, and I must say I didn't have to use the pain medication that was provided to me. Also 2 of my wisdom teeth weren't in so I did receive stitches, which I felt no pain after.
All in all I'm happy to be a patient of proud smiles and will continue to come here for all my dental needs even though they are out of my network! :)
