I decided to give Grateful dental a try because it’s across the street from my home and so far I’m loving my decision. I had the pleasure of having my cleaning done by the wonderful Lisa and she was absolutely amazing. She laughed and joked with me, made me feel extremely comfortable and most importantly, did amazing on my teeth. After my cleaning I met with Sheppard Cox to discuss my treatment plan and he also made me feel very comfortable and was extremely knowledgeable. Overall I’m loving Grateful dental and can’t wait to go back.

Let me just say, I ALWAYS have a great visit at this office, but this last visit was really great. I had a deep clean done by Nikki & SHE MADE EVERYTHING PLEASANT in a different way. I can tell she loves what she does because she educated me on exactly what I needed to know about my personal dental health, allowing me to understand exactly what is needed, & where I stand. If I could I’d request for her EVERY VISIT. Not only that SHE HAS A SINCE OF HUMOR, which made my visit more comfortable.
The office is overall the best i have ever visited thus far.

I just found my new local dentist! Staff was very nice and professional. My hygienist Ms. Lisa was more than great, she was nothing but amazing. Very patient, understanding, and genuine. First time there and I can’t wait to go back. Definitely recommend this dentist.

The Grateful Dental has horrible customer service. I showed my insurance card to the counter before doing the dental cleaning, they didn't notify me my insurance doesn't cover the teeth cleaning at the beginning. Based on the transaction of my insurance, they already received the money. However, they kept calling me they didn't receive the money. I contacted the insurance and called them twice already that insurance company already wrote a check to them. In addition, they should tell me my insurance doesn't cover the service at the beginning, then I wouldn't do the teeth cleaning at all. I could easily go somewhere else. Today, after did teeth cleaning for half a year, I received their bill AGAIN!!!
Second, since I don't like their service, I didn't renew my next appointment. Their computer was broke down that day. Then I received their call to confirm my dental appointment half a year later. I told the customer service I didn't make the appointment. The customer service was shocked.
Last but not least, the first time I did teeth cleaning, there was an Indian doctor told me I have tooth decay and I have to fix it immediately. Since I need move to Nashville soon then, I refused. I went there to do the teeth cleaning one year later, without any additional treatment during my moving, the new doctor told me everything looks great, which is funny.
Overall I'm not satisfied about their customer service, their management is in a mess. All they want is your money. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Update: I was trying to negotiate with Lisa Knight about my bill. She was really determined and wouldn’t settle. She kept telling me the consequences of collection, never apologize how incomplete her staffs are. She acted like she was my manager, and kept telling me she saw my bad review. Who said customers could only compliment you? Such a Karen. If you read all her comments, you could tell she’s always right. All her comments of bad reviews are just excuses. I paid the bill in full in the end because I don’t want to destroy my credit. But I would never go to grateful dental anymore for sure.

I have been going here for a few years, and they provide excellent care for my teeth. I ask a lot of questions and they are always happy to explain what they are doing so I can take care of my teeth better till the next six months till I see them again.
I was seen by Rachel today, and she was so lovely and pleasant to be taken care of.

Grateful Dental is one of the best dentist in Atlanta the staff is friendly they are also extremely professional and very thorough with their work. I hit zoom whitening today my teeth are off the charts they are so white. I had another dentist whiten earlier this year that dentist burned my lip and their equipment didn’t work properly and my teeth were not done that white these people at Grateful Dental are the best so happy
