I had a broken tooth that needed to be extracted. This was my first visit to A+. The office got me an appointment quickly and all of the front desk staff are super friendly. Dr. Farhang was great about advising and educating me on my options, and then did not put any pressure on me to go above or beyond what I was comfortable doing or spending. Her and the dental assistant both made the process as smooth and easy as possible and I will definitely be a returning patient.

Faulty root canal, and the dentistry does not stand behind their work. Crystal clear images showing they missed a whole canal. When I called to ask about what they could do, the front desk is zero help and says I just need to come in and be seen. I stated I could send images first. When asked what they do in these types of situations, the front desk is like a broken record stating I just need to come in and be seen. I refuse to give them more money. Aggressive insurance/billing dept as well. Avoid like the plague.

Had a great experience at A plus Dentistry, from the front office, to the hygienist, and the dentist. B1 was wonderful, let me know everything she was doing as she was going and made sure I wasn’t uncomfortable. She loves what she does and it shows. Dr. Haley listened to my concerns and what I hope to achieve as far as the appearance of my teeth and took the time to go over all my options as well as pros and cons for each. Most impressive was the organization, by the time I was ready to check out Maritza had everything ready for me. An easy to understand layout of the total cost, insurance, and what I would be responsible for. I truly appreciate the transparency and attentiveness of the staff.

I have never been a nervous dental patient. After going to another dentist in town and having a horrible experience, I was a MESS even for the cleaning. I took both my kids here and decided to give them a try. I was literally SHAKING. They were beyond patient and so very kind. They took their time with me ever step. I then had to go in again and have several fillings. I was sick for 2 days before going in. Again, even though it was a lot, they were patient and stopped when I needed to. It was not a bad experience at all. Today I went in for my cleaning and I had no issues. It was quick and done. I love the staff that I’ve dealt with from the front desk on back. They are helping me slowly feel better about my visits and that’s everything for me.

The dentist was great but the billing department is an absolute nightmare and extremely rude. They refuse to listen to their clients and denied the fact that I had already paid for a service that was not provided. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone due to the fact that billing will always be an issue.

They communicate and send reminders for your appointments which is fantastic. Their staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Most importantly their doctors and technicians are top notch. My smile has never looked better!

I was in so much pain and they squeezed me in last minute even though they were very busy when I couldn't get my dentist to see me for a whole week which is a long time when you are in pain. Everyone was super sweet and very informative. They walked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable with the environment and the financial aspect giving me all my options. Very clean facility too. I have a new dentist going forward for sure!
