I have been coming to this practice over multiple years. I have had lots of work done. I am only a customer of yours because of your staff. I am sure your competition more than likely has a friendly staff. This business charges 50$ for missing a cleaning appointment, yes.. 50$!!. The total amount of times I needed to reschedule for this year is 2, and it was more than 6 months apart. You know in life things come up that are unplanned and on short notice and you have to adjust. I guess the first one was free then they start tacking fees on you. Greed's ugly face is everywhere.

They are so nice at this office! The dentist is very kind and obviously knows what he is doing. I had a root canal and they made it so easy! The dental assistant, Katie was so sweet and helpful through the whole process. Highly recommend!!

Charged $145.00 to take 3 x-rays then tell me they weren't trained to do a root canal. Go to Pinewood Dentistry $49.00 for full mouth scan and 5 x-rays. Pinewood Dentistry will do the root canal and make the crown in house. Dr Gary Bishop is totally awesome.

We moved to Cumming 2 years ago. Dr. Bryan was recommended to us by our neighbor. We've moved often and finding a good dentist can be difficult. We are so happy to have found an excellent dentist. The office is clean, staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Bryan is great.

Amazing. They are super fast and friendly. I switched to them after my previous dentist told me I needed a filling in the same spot they had already filled twice. My wife switched over first and was very happy with them and she always hated going to the dentist. My first cleaning was fast, thorough, and relatively painless considering it had been over a year since my last one. They were able to determine that the one filling had not been done properly as the previous dentist had not removed all the rot. They also found one of the fillings was missing. Came back and was in and out in 45 min for TWO fillings! The worst part was waiting for the novicain to wear off after I left. I have not had any pain since and my bite is perfect on the first try. The previous Dentist had to fix my bite more than once after doing a filling. So far less pain in the mouth AND in the wallet. Somehow they charged me less to do two fillings than the previous dentist charged me for one. Also they have not tried to upsell me extra services that insurance does not cover.

This has been our family's dentist for over 3 years now. Drs. Bryan and their team are always prompt and friendly! They are very good at what they do, from regular cleanings to minor dental emergencies (no major ones yet, thank God!) Highly recommended!
