Dentistry With A Difference

My family and I have been seeing Dr Nordone for many years now- the service and care provided is top notch! Love all the ladies in the office and have, always friendly and welcoming and Ellen and Jennifer are the best!

I have to say, love the service here, Beth has always been extremely nice and sweet and Dr. Nordone as well. So I'm ok with giving the one star for that but as a previous person posted they are in it for the money. I went in expecting to get a full service on a crown. Just for them to shave my tooth down and tell me I would have to go to an endodontist to get a root canal. How about telling me that before making me pay almost $800 giving me the impression that I would be there for the whole service. I moved to another part of town so I asked if I would be able to just get a refund. They told me no and that I would have to finish treatment with them.(That was a lie) Two years later I finally got the root canal. I call them back letting them know I was finally ready to get the crown. They told me that my insurance wrote them some type of letter pretty much requesting the money back that they paid for a crown that they NEVER DID and that I would have to pay an ADDITIONAL $1400!!!! Why would I have to pay that when you guys shouldn't have put in a claim for a service that you DIDN'T DO!!! I then proceeded to calling my insurance company just for them to tell me they never sent a letter out to them. I then asked my insurance company if I wanted to see another dentist can I. They said yes I can. I let my insurance company know what was going on and we had to file a claim. I was on the phone with them to request my back payment, I was on hold for 45 minutes!! The woman says that they owe me for a service back in 2018 for almost $200 but not in 2017. I explained to her that they did partial work back in 2017, I paid for a FULL crown that NEVER got placed. She then asks how much do I think I should get back for that service. I tell her I would like what I am owed! They over charge you then try to keep your money. Not honest people AT ALL!!! My next step is going to file complaint with better business bureau and with insurance commissioner. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! THEY ARE WOLVES IN SHEEPS CLOTHING!!!

The staff at Priluck and Nordone was so welcoming and helpful that I immediately felt at ease. Dr. Priluck gave me one of the most thorough diagnostic exams I have ever had, all the while explaining what and why he was doing each procedure. I would definitely recommend Denistry With A Difference to others.

Excellent service! We needed a last-minute appointment for a dental emergency, and they couldn’t have been more helpful or supportive.

I had a dental emergency on the evening of July 3rd (my front tooth veneer came out after biting into pizza), while 39 weeks pregnant and about to give birth, and Dr. Nordone met me the very next morning (July 4th!!) with no questions asked to fix it. I couldn’t have asked for better care. He truly was a lifesaver!!!!

I am forever indebted to this amazing group of people! I am getting married out of the country in less than 3 weeks and had been dealing with some pain and discomfort with my teeth last week which I thought was due to the stress of the upcoming wedding and my teeth grinding etc. Well, by the time the weekend rolled around I was in excruciating pain and discomfort and couldnt seek help for 2 days. My regular dentist could not fit me in this morning when I called but Dr. Priluck and his team heard the desperation in my voice and MADE time for me despite their full schedule. The front desk staff and dental assistant were the nicest people ever and very supportive and kind in my time of need. After Dr. Priluck ruled out the TMJ I thought I had developed and was the culprit of the pain, he referred me to an Endodontist down the road (Atlanta Endodontist) who had a full schedule that day. Dr. Priluck personally called them and explained my situation and due to his good relationship with them, they fit me in. Just as he suspected, I had a dying tooth/root/nerve and needed a root canal. I HAVE NEVER BEEN HAPPIER TO HERE THAT NEWS IN MY LIFE. They did the root canal the same day and I am a NEW WOMAN thanks to Dr. Priluck and Dentistry with a Difference. I even received a follow up call from Dr. Priluck himself. Outstanding customer service and exhibition of human empathy all around. I am without a doubt their newest official customer and switching to going to them going forward.

Another Great Cleaning and Check-up! Always enjoy my trip to the dentist to see Jennifer and Dr. Nordone and have them take good care of my teeth.

Molar extraction at 11am and given no prescriptions for pain or antibiotics.
By 5 pm my jaw was in acute pain. Spent the most miserable night of my life.
2 days later - infected
A week later - a 2nd dentist had the pain and infection under control.
follow up care is non-existent with this place.
When I called to complain and fire the dentist, Matty laughed at me.
