Theres only good reviews on here because they gave away gifts to clients if they left a good review. Search other places for reviews. Theres tons of complaints. My filling came out soon after Dr. Lee put it in. She chipped two of my teeth on two separate occasions. When I pointed it out to her (despite spitting the piece of tooth out in her chair) she denied she did anything. I tried to resolve peacefully but I was screamed at and my insurance company was billed for work she didnt even do. She talks celebrity gossip the whole time shes working with her assistant. Which would be fine had she been paying attention to what she was doing and not gotten so unprofessional when a problem arose.

I have been to quite a few dentists from the military to civilian. However Trevia and Dr. Natasha are the warmest and most knowledgeable professionals that I have been a patient of. Thank you ladies for your time and caring for your patients. I appreciate each one of you.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had with a dentist office. I was told that I had an appointment the same day via text, and when I called to reschedule I was told I can never come back to the office. There wasn't any visit reminders prior to this. I never got a chance to meet the dentist but the front office experiences were awful!!!!!

I picked this dentist from my PPO-approved list and was pleased that upon calling, I was able to be seen the next day due to a last-minute cancellation. The office is clean and has state-of-the-art equipment. However, there is no respect for the patient's time. After waiting for about 10-15 minutes past my appointment time, I was taken on a brief, useless 90-second tour of the office and returned to the waiting area. Roughly 30 minutes later, 45 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment time, I got up and left. The flagrant lack of respect for patients' time is grossly offensive. Additionally, there is a (poorly) written notice on the counter explaining $60 cancelation fees for patients, which I find laughable given this establishment's disregard for patients' time. I understand things run late and there is always a wait/overlap with medical/dental appointments, however, this is a scheduling model they have adopted and it's a fiasco.

Caring Touch Family Denistry is the best dentist that I have ever been to. I am very happy to say that the whole staff were so professional and I went in there not wanting to smile but after leaving there I can't quit smiling.
