Everyone is extremely nice and personable. They never make me wait passed my appointment time which I was forced to do with other places. They also don’t lie to you about needing unnecessary work done just to get more insurance money. Trust me, I’ve had dentist that were dirty like that. You will love your experience here! I actually don’t dread my appointments. Shoutout to Alanna. She’s the sweetest! ❤️

This is by far one of the best dentist office that I’ve ever visited. Excellent service and the most attentive and polite staff I’ve seen in Henry County. Prior to my cleaning, the Doctor perform her exam and thoroughly explain everything. I would highly recommend this practice!

I’m a veteran that that doesn’t receive the care that I’m supposed to at the VA, however Palmetto Family, has welcomed me and treated me like FAMILY. OMG!! I absolutely love love love this dental office! This was my son and I first visit to this office and everyone is so nice and professional. The atmosphere was clean and smelled clean and fresh. Though we don’t have dental insurance at the moment and have to pay out of pocket Ashley the front desk receptionist told me about a payment plan and was very helpful. We haven’t seen a business this friendly in years! We are going to continue our dental care there. We love Palmetto Family Dental!!!
