I was very disappointed with the service I didn’t receive. I was hoping at least I would’ve gotten a cleaning. I have being dealing with my tooth being broken since June the 4, 2021 and here it is October and I’m still in the same place. Now the dentist said that it was another tooth that also need to have a “cap” on it. So she is putting in another request so she can take care both of them at the same time. I’m the one who is waiting… I feel that I should have gotten some work done…

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. I don’t like to give perfect ratings. Usually if the service is great there is always room for improvement. Not in this case. I’ve seen many a dentist and office staff in my times. The folks at Palmetto family dental. Deserve every bit of a perfect rating. Professional, friendly, personable, willing to go that extra bit for the client. They did it all. Can’t thank them enough for having to find a new office after years with my previous dentist. They made it easy and did such a great job. They are stuck with me now.

🦷 Loved my experience! The hygienist was great during my cleaning. I love how she gave me feedback and let me know what I was doing well, and what I need to work on. Dr. K Jordan was very friendly and answered all my questions. The front office staff was friendly and got me in and out quickly. I would highly recommend this office!

First visit today post Covid & I had a good experience. I hate going to the dentists but they make you feel comfortable & at ease. I only had a cleaning done but even during my past visits I felt at ease. They are also taking the necessary precautions to ensure your safety. They take your temp before entering the office. Been going to them for a year and so far I’m pleased.
