I really don't like giving bad reviews, but they sent me this link to review them. I feel if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all. But, it might save others a lot of money and stress. I had 2 issues that cost me thousands. 1st issue was they wouldn't warranty a filling, because the doctor was out on maternity leave and their "temporary fill-in" doctor wouldn't get paid. That's definitely bad patient care. 2nd was that in Sept 2019 I had 2 crowns done than were improperly positioned and I didn't know it until Jan 2022 after having a Thermography scan that showed my mouth was very inflamed from bacteria getting in through the improper positioning. The 2 crowns were positioned this way from day one, so that was not good workmanship, which for the price should be covered in my opinion. I will not go back.

I visited this location on an LHI referral and had a very pleasant experience. I absolutely loved the warm, welcoming, and friendly staff. They provided me with good information (defined a tori), service, and a laugh. I had a bit of a wait, but was checked on and updated frequently. One of the ladies offered water, which was accompanied by a snack. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire process from scheduling up until to the actual apointment date and checkout. If I lived closer to the facility, they would definitely have a new client. Great job Palmetto Family Dental!!

This dental practice makes you feel like a valued patient. The dental hygienist (Kimberly) was friendly and thorough. The dentist (Dr. K) was also friendly and and put me at ease. Before I even left the office I’d received an email from them thanking me for choosing them. Later, I received a text also thanking me for becoming a part of the Palmetto Family. Even more important, I was able to get in the day after calling for an appointment for a cleaning, while other dental offices were quoting me a 6-8 week wait time. I recognize there had been a cancellation which enabled me to book an appointment for the next day but other offices were telling me their “wait” list for a cancellation was long....as in “don’t bother putting your Name on the wait list.” I don’t know about you, but when I need to get in to see my dentist, I don’t want to be told they are so backed up it will take weeks for a routine appointment and as much as a week for an emergency. I highly recommend this dental practice and the two people mentioned above.

Best services in Georgia. They took care of me the same day! When others said No, Palmetto said yes. The whole staff was nice, knowledgeable, and attentive to my every need. I am a complianor and I hate pain. They did my procedure and I barley flinched. I changed my whole family's dental services to Palmetto Family Dental. Best dentist in 53 years.

I’ve never been a fan of going to the dentist but this was different. everyone here was amazing and I had a very enjoyable experience. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist that will treat you like a human being instead of just a paying customer. Everything was very quick and well done. Love these people.
