Always great customer service from everyone on staff. I had a very thorough cleaning by the dental hygienist Michelle, followed by a quick exam by the doctor. Everyone is very professional and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend the Tooth Fairy dental office.

So I've been Going to Dr. Jo-Ann Quengua-Atienza for some time now and what can I say, I absolutely love this office. I honestly haven't gone to the dentist for many years due to being a busy mom, full time worker , and most of all being embarrassed of not taking care of my teeth like I should have.
When I first came into the office everyone from the front staff ( Lady and christine) to the back staff (Gabe and Star) were just amazing. They made me feel so comfortable and never once did I ever feel embarrassed about my teeth. Dr. JOANN is such An amazing doctor whose very humble, down to earth and most of all great at her job. When it comes to numbing me up, I honestly don't feel a thing ( that's how great she is).
This office is great at what they do. From "lady" greeting me so professionally and politely, Gabe who is an amazing assistant who helps dr.joann and christine who is so efficient with her job on letting me know when my next appointment is. If you guys are looking for a great dentist , she's an amazing dentist who honestly cares about her patients.

Love this dental office. All of the employees are professional and friendly. The dentist is the best and coming from me that's a compliment. I am not a big fan of going to the dentist. I called The Tooth Fairyβs office multiple times yesterday during business hours and no one answered the phone. Several hours later I received a text message asking βhow can we help youβ. From there I replied kindly asking for a phone call back but instead I received more texts. This is what I call poor customer service.

I've been going to the Tooth Fairy Dental for over 5 years now The staff is always friendly and welcoming also Dr.Jo-Ann works wonders she is Amazing and dose such a fantastic job. It is a every clean and inviting establishment with hight tec and modern equipment you can even wach Netflix on a flat screen while getting your dental work done.They are by far the best dental office I've ever gone to and I highly recommend The Tooth Fairy Dental for all your Oral dental needs.

I am livid. They tell me my child needs a filling for a tooth because he had a βcavity.β Come to find out, I go to a next dentist office and they say my child had no cavity and that filling was not necessary whatsoever. They scammed me a couple $100 for a procedure that did not need to take place!! Do not go over here. Very money hungry!

They are very nice amd helpful. Had to bring all my kids with me and they watched my newborn twins so I could talk to the dentist for a minute about my 4yr old. Which isnt scared at all with the procedures. Which makes me very happy.
