Dr Ameer is the most caring, gentle, intelligent and skilled dentist I have ever been to, at 68 years old with many dental issues, that is saying something! The office is orderly and welcoming. Everyone there is more than willing to listen to your needs and help you feel at home and cared for. HIGHLY recommend!

Very helpful staff. Check in was quick and easy, and I was given a clear quote of what I would need to pay. I had a giant cavity and Ameer was able to fill it without much trouble and didn't try to pressure me into any other unnecessary procedures.

Came in for regular scheduled cleaning appointment and completed with no issues. Wait time in lobby was less than 5 minutes. The dental hygienist was friendly, thorough and well trained. Dr. Ameer as always is professional and takes the time to talk about your teeth and answers any questions you may have. I wanted more information about out of pocket costs not covered on my insurance and was seen immediately by the office manager. She was friendly and informative and printed out a copy of the estimated costs for 2 different options which I appreciated. Being armed with out of pocket costs allows me the time to put money aside so I can work it into my budget. My teeth are important to me and planning the financial costs in advance makes a difference of having a healthy and beautiful smile or living with the consequences of feeling insecure because of teeth loss. Lihue dental is a professional and organized office. Visits to this dentist is always a pleasant experience.
