Very friendly atmosphere. The staff are very warm and welcoming, very friendly. Dr. Sheppard was considerate in telling me what he was doing. He listened and addressed my concerns. I love him and his staff. I hate going to the dentist and most of the time I have anxiety. However, I had no anxiety and actually laughed. It was a uniquely wonderful and refreshing experience for a dentist appointment. I am actually looking forward to going in for my treatment in 2 weeks.

I have a huge fear of any dental procedures. In 2020 I broke a wisdom tooth in half and had a big infection that I was too afraid to deal with. I called Dr Sheppard office and spoke with Tiffany several times who got me in right away. The day I had my tooth pulled they were all very reassuring and Dr. Sheppard was very gentle and understanding I had Zero pain during and after the procedure. My experience was so good that I am actually looking forward to more visits to finish having the rest of my wisdom teeth out. Dr Sheppard is the man to go to if you have any kind of fear of dentists. I can not rave enough about how great my experience was. My husband also had a broken tooth out the week before, he previously had an awful experience with another dentist and the experience with Dr. Sheppard was also the best he's ever had. I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs. I'm on day 3 after extraction and in no pain whatsoever.

Doctor Sheppard and his staff are amazing. Very friendly and courteous and I feel very comfortable with them. He's been my dentist since he came to the Valley. I had a bad wisdom tooth that had to come out. The tooth fought hard to stay. He was so patient and kind until the tooth lost the battle. I will never forget my first appointment with him.
