5 stars isn't enough. Had a filling replaced by another dentist in the valley and the bite wasn't quite right. I had pain to the point that I couldn't eat or sleep and when I went back to see him, was told that I likely needed a root canal and a crown. They referred me to an endodontist and did NOTHING to try to correct the bite. A friend referred me to Dr Sheppard and they got me in the very next week. Dr Sheppard not only put my mind at ease about not needing a root canal, he corrected the bite (free of charge) and helped ease my anxiety. He also found a cracked tooth the previous dentist had missed and took all of the time I needed to feel confident and properly informed about how to handle a bad wisdom tooth. Both Dr Sheppard and his staff were AMAZING!! THANK YOU!!

Sounds weird but I actually enjoyed my visit with Dr. Sheppard and his team. They were kind, gentle, honest and thorough. Sensing my anxiety they took the time to reassure me, discuss all my options and didn't pressure me for a immediate answer. I would very much encourage anyone that is looking for a dentist to go see them!

The hygienist Miranda was amazing! I’ve never had a better teeth cleaning experience. She makes me look forward to going back! Dr. Sheppard has been my dentist for years. He’s always polite, explains why he’s doing something. Best dentist I’ve ever had! They have wonderful dental assistants and Tiffany at the front desk is an absolute gem!

Dr. Sheppard's office was so great to us. I needed to get my daughter checked out right away but her dentist office did not have openings until the following week and were not willing to squeeze her in, so I called Dr. Sheppard's office to see if they could help.
Tiffany at the Front desk was very friendly and was able to get my daughter in the following day. The check in process was quick and easy, the wait was short and Dr. Sheppard along with his entire staff made sure to listen to my concerns and went above and beyond to make my daughter feel comfortable. I definitely recommend this office!
