A very good, very thorough and very honest dentist.
I had come from what i know now is a "Business Dentist" that had me on what i now realize was a regular treatment plan for "pre" dental ailments. A plan that in the long run would result in more drilling, more expense and and less longevity for my teeth.
Now Dr. Payne, for the past 5 years and after regular careful inspection has explained that we would only be dealing with legitimate issues and supporting the integrity of my enamel and gums and dental health.

I had the best experience when I went to Wellpoint Dental. I'm the type of patient that you would call "High Maintenance", I call it "Doing Your Job." The hygienist (Brittany and Matt I) did all the little things like, suck the spit out of your mouth so often so it doesn't feel like you're drowning. They were always making sure that the patient was comfortable. I am terrified of needles and Dr. Pluid made me feel so relax by getting to know me when we first met that it took my mind off of it. And it really didn't hurt. I would recommend them to anyone they're great people and it is hard to find a good dentist these days.
