I used Aspen dental in Sioux Falls,SD. I like them,the price is great. They do have a finance plan they works with your budget. So if u don't have insurance no worries.

Made an appointment, took time off work, lose money to take time off work, show up for visit and cleaning ( early because the gal couldn't seem to get my information from my insurance company using the same information I was) you took x-rays then informed me there was nobody to do my cleaning that I would need to reschedule. Wait, what? Is there a problem with the telephone in this company? Why not call and give me the option to reschedule for a better suited time for you when you're adequately staffed? I'm told I need work done, I simply talk about finances and that I would need to see when i can have the money together and schedule for that time, to only call later that day to schedule my appointment and be told I have to pay 65-100% up front. That was the kicker for me. I get that we want to make sure we get the money, I would have been able to pay 100% up front at visit. They just had no communication and were unprofessional. I went to another dentist )who has performed all of my work now and been paid 100%) when requesting a copy of my x-rays (you so kindly helped yourself to as it was easy money maker) and sent my dentist off copy. Really? A PAPER COPY INSTEAD OF THE DIGITAL IMAGING!!!! Now I'm at a dentist NEEDING work now having TO PAY FOR NEW X-RAYS AND MORE LOST TIME AT WORK!!! I call and again express my dissatisfaction and tell you to send quality x-rays to my dentist and provided the email. Surprise! My new dentist NEVER got the images. Aspen basically stole the money from my 100% covered benefits and is to lazy to provide the x-rays or maybe not able to due to how incompetent you are.

They were great, friendly and understanding. My only issue is that if you don't get approved by one of their financial places they can't really help you with payment plans. I don't have dental insurance and was not approved by any of the options for financing so I went home still in pain. Thankfully they did give me antibiotics and pain killers but thats not going to last long. I just wish they had other help for payment plans that don't require a credit history or credit line. Some people don't have that luxury

This Place is the essence of Awesomeness! They treat you like more than just a customer, you're like family here. I really like the high tech, high touch feel of the place. My experience was in August 2018. I made an appointment for an X-ray, exam and cleaning. The lobby was extremely cold like in the 50s cold. Like another user said, they didn't do the cleaning. they wouldn't do the cleaning because "they didn't have time" even though I was the first appointment of the day, what's the point in making an appointment then?
Anyways they quoted me $2,000 for the work that needed to be done. I was willing to pay it no problem but after they refused the cleaning I decided to go elsewhere. Glad I did because they only charged me $1,000. Get a second opinion, this place overcharges.

I’m not one to usually write reviews. However,
Wow! I will be honest I have been afraid and refused to visit any dentist for years. Maybe because I was missing a tooth and felt weird and thought that I would be judged. My wife pushed and referred me to your office. Meeting Dr. Sung and this amazing and friendly staff have forever changed my opinion and what to expect when I think of a Dental office. They know and understand life happens and just want to help. For the first time in 13 year have a complete smile and I have Dr. Sung and his staff to thank.
I was walked through every step from financial to what what going on in my mouth.
All I can say is if your like me and waited forever for what ever the reason I urge you to give them a call.

The staff of Nampa office exhibited highly professional attitude and were conscious of my health needs. They were very friendly and explained the procedures they were about to do. Always greeted me upon arrival. There were very short waiting time.
