Dr. Justin did a fantastic job on my filling today. Her assistant, Ember was very kind and helpful, and Sarah, the hygienist who got me numb, was so gentle, I barely felt anything at all. The whole staff at Nampa Smiles is just awesome all around. I also really appreciated how Dr. Justin took the time to show me my x-rays and explain to me what she was seeing to make sure I understood everything that was going on and the treatment she was recommending, rather than just telling me what I needed. This is by far the best dental office I have ever been to!

Everyone is so kind! All 4 of my kids always have a great experience. No fear of the dentist for my kiddos, and I contribute a lot of that to the helpful and happy staff at Nampa Smiles! As an adult, I also have only had positive experiences!

Nampa Smiles went above and beyond for my appointment today. Sandy (hygienist) was very patient and kind during my 2 hour appointment. I would definitely recommend. Everyone I have encountered has been fabulous.

Sarah was very gentle as she cleaned my teeth. I was able to watch the USA vs Iran World Cup soccer game while she did. I also appreciated the special brush they gave me for my retainer. Dr. Justin was very considerate and kind as she gave options for treatments.

As usual I'm very happy with Nampa Smiles Dental. They take my blood pressure, see if I'm having any immediate medical problems, and use an anesthetic that is suitable for me. Dr. Amelia Justin is fast so I'm not in the chair too long, which helps a lot with my dental anxiety. I highly recommend Nampa Smiles!

Dr. Justin informed my husband that he would need to see an oral surgeon. She promised that after the extractions she would provide dentures. My husband followed her advice. It has been a disaster. First set of dentures did not fit. She would "make adjustments" but to no avail. She ended up sending the dentures back to the technician. My husband is on his second set of dentures and they still don't fit. My husband's last appointment was a shocking experience. Dr. Justin told him that she would no longer be his dentist. She said he needed to see "someone else." That is the most unprofessional treatment we have ever experienced. She basically gave up on him, and in my opinion, gave up on being an effective qualified dentist. My husband has been depressed ever since. Where can he go? How much more will it cost? We already paid for two sets of faulty dentures!!!
This has been a heartbreaking experience.

I had a lot of anxiety going in today to get my filling, but the staff are so kind and thoughtful, they did a wonderful job with the filling and they were quick as well. They are one of the best offices Iβve been too in Idaho. :) Thank you Nampa Smiles!

I was a loyal patient of Nampa smiles for over 25 years. I will never go back and don't suggest them to anyone. After Dr. Kim Keller retired I was passed along to Dr. Justin. At my last cleaning appointment she mentioned I would eventually need a cap placed on a tooth that had been filled years prior. She said prices on caps were doubling the new year, so I decided I would have it done. HUGE mistake!! Dr. Justin drilled on my nerve/tooth so bad, she had to stop 3 separate times and numb me more. Causing my face to be bruised. Within a couple days of placement my neck and ear got hot from what felt like an infection. I went on antibiotics multiple times but the burning kept coming back, along with terrible jaw pain, face swelling, breathing issues and ear popping. I went back to Dr. Justin who looked at my x rays and said they showed no signs of infection and left me with no hope or answers. Dr. Justin said I could talk to an oral surgeon if I thought I needed to, they deal with weird stuff. Fast forward 3 months later and many emergency room and doctor visits later because I could not breath!! Literally suffocating! The right side of my body kept swelling and my jaw still hurts and ears pop. I found a wonderful dentist who I cannot recommend enough Dr. Samuel Peterson in Boise who explained I could have been allergic to the materials they used. This is something NO one even mentioned after many calls, texts, emails and appointments to Nampa smiles. My new dentist wanted to replace the cap with a new one made of different materials and see if this would help but after so many months of dealing and pleading for help I requested him to just pull the tooth. I couldn't bear another day of this. I literally could not breathe!!! So scary, and terrifying. I am still dealing with this 3 months later and am thousands of dollars in the hole, still having health issues and have NO tooth. This is a molar, 2nd to the back on the bottom, which I most definitely need!! I am writing this review to hopefully help others avoid this suffering. Nampa smiles trys to get you in and out of there as fast as possible. They do not seem to care about their patients. After going else where I realize this. We deserve better!

Called this morning because I have a dental emergency with a broken tooth and half of it is loose. Was told they could see me, which was awesome! But they couldnβt promise treatment. They needed and exam and X-ray, which is totally fine, but could potentially send me home with just an antibiotic. I have to pay out of pocket due to no insurance, but Iβm not willing to travel over 30 mins, pay for an exam, X-ray, and leave with me tooth still broken in my mouth. Donβt post on your website that you offer emergency dental service if you donβt actually offer those services.

I've got a mixed review. I love Dr. Justin, who we've been seeing for years. The dental assistans and hygienist have all been great as well.
However, due to an incorrect accounting flag on our account, they refused service for a cleaning that was covered by insurance and told me we owed almost $600. They refused treatment for a bothersom cavity for my son as well. They had me make a payment, making it sound like if it was made, they would still see him. It was their mix up, and Devin, in the back office apologized for the mistake, but nothing from the ladies in the front office who refused service. As I told Devin, I'm frustrated and I've considered switching dental offices because of the front offices treatment. No, I can't say I'd recommend them any more.
