Have had many bad experiences with the dentist. Was in extreme pain. Tears running down my face pain. Went in on a Saturday no appt. They got me in and got me pain meds and scheduled a tooth extraction in 3 days. Went in had tooth pulled best experience i've had in awhile. Dr. Crank is amazing thank you for putting my fears to sleep. He was so nice.. will continue to go back.

I usto have Anxieties when even thinking about going to a dentist office! But I had an emergency tooth pain and was seen. The Dentist who saw me was wonderful he explained in detail what was happening and what was my treatment plan to save my tooth. They work with after your insurance and no doubt that they care about the Patients not just about money and insurance! Thank you for your help today.

I had an appt that needed to be rescheduled because the dentist was unavailable. I didn't get the message due to an old phone number being listed as my contact number. When I showed up for the appt, they accommodated me for the next evening after I got off work, so i didn't have to take more time off work. They are wonderful at Middle Creek Dental!

This place is a rip-off. First they said they called my insurance company to verify that my procedure would be covered, I had the work done and then they billed me. My insurance company said they never received a call from this place. My son was down at Christmas time and I took him to see Dr. Christensen and he got the all clear - no cavities. When my son came back for his summer break 6 months later I took him to a dentist in Meridian. This dentist found 3 cavities on one tooth and 2 on another. I confirmed that this was the case by looking at the "digital" x-ray. As a result it cost me close to $1600.00 to have porcelain inlays to keep him from losing the two teeth.
Dr. Christensen has a beautiful facility with the fireplace and beautiful décor. He should have invested his money in equipment to better serve his patients. He can start by purchasing "digital x-ray" equipment.
BTW - I owed him $110.00 I called the office and said I would not pay another penny on this account because of what he did. Just got a letter that they sent it to a collection agency.

My brother got a tooth infection and I gave them a call. They were able to get him in the same day and explained all his options. The staff was great to work with and I appreciate their help.

Don't miss any appointments. I work out of state and my schedule can change at any time. Missed a couple appointments in the two years of going there and they put me on a Do Not Reschedule list. Without telling me until I tried to make another appointment.
All work being done is estimates.
Billing Lady is incredibly rude. Thinks she can talk you anyway she sees fit. I was never late on my bill and always always paid in full.
They broke a drill bit off in my wife's tooth then she was sent to a specialist. Which was 2 weeks out. That's the only complaint I have of the dentist. The rest is personal

Highly unprofessional!! I was told my daughter had to have work done on her cavitie, when we left the dentist off they never gave us any paperwork and told me to call back beginning of June. Well I just called back and the little girl who answered the phone kept telling me they were booked until July. Did I want to wait until then to make her appointment or now. I told her now because then I would have to wait until August. Then it got really quiet as I was being passed on to another rude women who then informed me I can't make an appointment unless it is only 2 weeks out. Well this is the first week of June and their booked until mid July?
