Working with Mountain Lake Dental was a pleasure from the start. They goal seemed to be to make the experience amazing from the atmosphere to the way they get you set up. I had no problems with scheduling, the online paperwork is amazing, and once I got there the team that helps you is even better. The cleaning was amazing and the doctor made it fun and educational and I felt like I came away with the tools to keep a healthy mouth. Thank you team, I will be coming back and so will my family.

I am a very nervous patient at the Dentist. I'm a Healthcare Worker, so that makes no sense to me. But, I am anxious about going to the Dentist. Just the smell makes my heart race. (I've been sent to my PCP because my Blood Pressure was too high, in my recent past) However, Laurie, at the front desk, asked if I'd ever tried a Blanket. Huh, No, I said. She suggested i try it. Wow, I couldn't believe that it really helped. Susan, was so sweet and very efficient. She was calm, and calming. I appreciated her ability to do her job with such a professional demeanor, yet personal and caring. Tara, Now, this lady must have a ton of experience with nervous people or children. Probably both. She was very informative. At 57, I learned a few things. She was fun, funny, and an absolute distraction. She kept me fully engaged in conversation. She was keenly aware of any indication that I might be uncomfortable or beginning to feel anxious. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit.
