It was our first time being back since they remodeled: was shocked how modern the decoration are now: my child was disappointed that the light covers were gone. She liked looking at the animals. It felt more for a place for adults to get their teeth cleaned. She asked me find a gun place for next time.
Service was great.

Very clean, smells like coffee.. I mean it smelled clean lol. Nice and helpful staff. My son was very nervous for his appointment and they made him feel safe and welcome. He can't wait to go again.

My family always has an excellent experience at children’s dentistry. My sons have been going there since 2013 they are now 19 and bummed that they will have to go to an adult dentist now. I take my grandson there and they treat him well and he is never afraid to go in even when he knows he’s going to get a shot. Thank you for your Patience and all you do for us.

I’ve been taking my four year old son to the Children’s Dentistry for years now because I love everything about it! The staff is so friendly and helpful, the waiting room is relaxing for parents and fun for kiddos! They have a play area to keep the kids entertained while they wait and an old school Pac-Man game to keep the parents entertained as well. The staff is punctual and so willing to work with you if you’re running behind or show up early! Definitely a great practice if you care about your child’s comfort and and experience. 10/10 definitely recommend!

My son doesn't do very well with appointments, he can't focus and gets anxious about them. The girls here were WONDERFUL and they got a good look, came up with a treatment plan, and he had a great time! We had such a better time here than smiles4kids.

This Clinic is awesome all around! Couldn’t be happier with their service and child-friendly staff. The office is decorated to appeal to children, with toys, books, TV playing movie, and even a special nook for them to explore and play. They carried out the bright lights and fun themes on the walls in the patient stations. We were greeted by a sweet, bubbly hygienist who won over my anxious young daughter. She was good about explaining what she was doing before she did anything which immensely helped... and even appealed to my dayghter’s love for Ariel by incorporating narrative of that Princess into her explainations. She took the extra time and energy to ensure my daughter was comfortable and even excited about getting her teeth “photographed “, cleaned, and checked.
My daughter left saying that she liked the dentist. This is huge!! I give credit to the excellent care she receives at Children’s Dentistry of Twin Falls. Thank you!

My grandchildren love coming to see Dr. Manwaring and staff. They have had previous traumatic experiences with other dentists, but Children's Dentistry is Awesome!! They have shown our girls the positive and fun side of dental visits, and explain everything they are doing to help them be at ease. They especially love the "cool" sunglasses. 😄 Everyone in the office is so positive and caring. Thank you for a great & enjoyable experience! We refer everyone we know to your group! ❤

I am surprised at the discrepancy between Google reviews and yelp reviews for children’s dentistry. I had such a bad experience with them. I am new to the area and have children who needed cleanings. I called children’s dentistry and asked if they took our insurance and they said they did. The date of our cleaning appointments I brought in our insurance card, they took a copy of the card and proceeded to do the x-rays and cleanings. I received a bill for $800. When I called about this they said not to worry about it they hadn’t yet build insurance. I received the next bill for just under $400 which was still not correct since under our insurance plan with CIGNA our cleanings are $25. When I called children’s dentistry they said it turns out they did not take our exact plan under CIGNA although they took other CIGNA plans. I explained that I would not have used their services had they been upfront with this information. I was trying to find a dentist who took our plan which they said they did. Their response was that it is my business to know which dentists take my plan, it is not their job to call insurance companies for the patient. They said if they ever do call insurance companies for a patient it is a privilege for us as patients. I have worked for Medical offices in the past and I know that this is not true. That’s what insurance billing is all about and verification of coverage. I was just an unemployed mom trying to get her kids teeth cleaned and had I gone elsewhere it would have been $25 a kid. The financial gal said she would split the difference with us and we could pay half of what was owed since it was “partly their fault partly my fault”. I do not understand how this was my fault, I was just trying to find someone who took our insurance and get my kids teeth cleaned which is why I asked them what I thought was the right question. My sister has taken her kids to children’s dentistry and they did call her insurance to make sure they were fully covered, which they were so I’m not sure why I was told it’s not their job to do that when clearly they do that on a daily basis. The office manager got very ugly over the phone and much to my shock, actually hung up on us at one point. I’ve never had that happen with a professional before. I kept explaining that had they given me honest information I would simply have chosen to go elsewhere, it felt like they were willing to say anything to get me in the door and then get me on the hook for a service that did not need to cost that much. Very disappointing experience. My children also did not enjoy their time there, as silly as it sounds, the cheap little toys at the end of their dental visits are a highlight for them and that was not offered. My children did not complain at all, they were just quiet as we drove home and when I asked what was wrong they said they were just a little bit sad that they didn’t get to pick a toy out of the toy chest. It’s small things like that that make a difference to kids. Children’s dental failed. Very unprofessional

Dr. Manwaring And his staff were compassionate, kind, and so professional. My two-year-old daughter had to have a tooth extraction after hours after an accident. They where able to see us within 2 hours of me contacting them. I cannot recommend them highly enough..
