So far I’ve only had my initial visit, which can be stressful. The entire team (my personal friends ASIDE) the ENTIRE team made me feel welcomed and comfortable. So far it has been a great experience and I’d recommend, more dental work is to come as options are now available that were not available to me growing up. I am excited to start this process!

i went in over a abscess tooth after being in the ER twice unexpectedly & they got me in asap! i got the tooth pulled today & i feel great leaving their office. 😊 all the staff i seen were awesome, all smiley & ready to go! #Recommend 🦷

This was the worst experience of my life. I went in for a tooth and they convinced me I needed much more work. After having my teeth removed as suggested by doctors it was hell from there. My first denture didn't fit at all. It was way to big, barely fit in my mouth and supposed to stop the bleeding after full mouth extraction. I left bleeding and needed to go to the ER. After that the dentures continued to break right down the center and I was told my bite was too strong! After numerous visits I FINALLY went elsewhere and got a QUALITY DENTURE that has lasted and much better than the junk ASPEN tells you is their best! Also after extractions I needed more appointments to remove several tooth shards that the owner/doctor left in my mouth! Avoid them at all cost or you WILL regret it! Dr Alex I WILL NEVER FORGET YOU!!! Avoid them at ALL COST or you will REGRET IT!!!!

The customer service at Aspen Dental was great! Everyone my son and I came in contact with was very friendly, professional and personable. As a new patient I didn’t know what to expect. But the doctors and hygienist made this experience very pleasant and informative.

Tabitha at the front desk was extremely helpful and made everything very easy to deal with at check up.

Kaley and Tyler were wonderful and made me feel comfortable and at ease.

Dr. Favor was very informative, any questions I had were easily answered and made me feel confident with the procedures.

The staff is amazing! I was a new patient and they made sure you were comfortable and was knowledgeable about what was going on with your teeth and gums. I appreciate that do have third parties to help you make payments so I wouldn’t be putting my health in more risk! Great team! I’m looking forward towards my next visit!

They mostly completed the work promised, however every time you go in you feel like you were dealing with a used car salesman trying to sell you thousands of dollars of work that you don't need. Then after over $4000 work of work THAT HAD TO BE PREPAID BEFORE THEY WOULD DO ANY WORK. I get a letter from a collection agency 6 months later for $24. Never got a phone call or bill for this, just turned over to collections. Had to call in to get it fixed because it was charged in error and now have to deal with a collection agency to make sure it doesn't get reported to credit bureaus. Definitely will not be back.

The first time I ever had shots and extractions that were totally painless. A truly gifted oral surgeon who also took the time to answer all my questions. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you.

I was in a great deal of pain, they and we made a had me in the office I one hour. Everyone was professional and and cared for my immediate needs. The outlined a treatment program and we will discuss it in more detail later this week. Thank you

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The dentist is good. Most the office staff is horrible. The quality of the dentures/ partials are junk. Save yourself money & frustration and just go somewhere else. I've had nothing but trouble & surprise bills.
