The doctor that saw my daughter was not interested in treating her pain unless we committed to over $20,000 worth of work on her mouth. He was more interested in asking questions and making comments about our personal lives. Very unfortunate to have him at your office because the rest of the staff was wonderful.

This was a waist of 4300 cash, didn't get dentures same day, then we me and husband went back there several times sit for hours everytime, they made my dentures 3 times and u still can't wear them at all, I went in to just get dentures so they had no teeth to pull or nothing, ive ask for help over again and they tell me no they done tried 3 times so its not my fault if the dentist don't make them right enough to fit. Then my husband had 17 teeth pulled and got a denture set he couldn't wear they melted in the denture cup if water, so he goes back finally after months later and they give him him regular dentures he still cantbwrat. So canbdomeone explain to me why I had to pay.4300 cash and neither of us can wrar our dentures?? And why won't they want to make thete customers happy.

From the time I walked through the door until the time I left was the most professional and friendly staff. I was able to get a consultation within a day, and schedule dental services within three business days. Awesome experience!!!

Super friendly and amazing staff. I was a little upset because I was originally told they had a coupon for a free 1st visit since they didn't take our insurance and then they called to confirm & told me it was $19 at time of visit(I don't carry $ so I wouldn't have had it when I went it). I got in w/in a few days. They were extremely nice to my daughter(she's 12y), she needed a double root canal plus replacement tooth and they spoke to her then asked if she understood & made sure I understood both solutions for the current fix & the long term fix once she was 18y. Emily made her feel better and let her know it was ok, she told her how beautiful her smile was now even if she didn't want to fix the broken tooth & told her about decay & such if she didn't get the broken tooth pulled as well as long term issues. They spoke so my 12y old could understand, showed models and actually answered her questions.
That really means alot to me since some doctors/nurses fail to address the actual patient that's scared of what's going to happen and only speak to the parent. When my son needed a fill in w/his regular dentistist that are super good, they didn't really look at him while they were telling me & he had questions. I would rather pay out of pocket for that kind of care than stuff I myself had experienced in the past. I'm so thankful and appreciative.

Took my son here and after the bogus exam they said he needed $30,000 worth of dental work!!! Totally not true. They also promised he would not leave in pain. And he did. Took him to another dentist and it was his wisdom teeth coming in causing the pain. They couldn't even diagnose him correctly and the dentist was a jerk to us. Big waste of time and this place is a scam.

My experience with Aspen Dental was wonderful. The staff was congenial, courteous, helpful and just down right nice people. The dentist was outstanding and did not hurt a bit. I would recommend Aspen Dental to those people that have and do not have insurance. Thank you Aspen Dental.👍👍👍👍
