Definitely a chain dentist through and through. Granted I did go on a Thursday which is their late day but when I came in 15 mins early for my 6pm appointment there was only one other patient in the waiting room. I ended up not getting called in for appointment until 6:30 and no one told me why it took so long until I talked to the finance lady at the end. But a new patient consultation should not have taken 2 hours. I came in with a specific problem that my old dentist noticed before I moved so I wanted to get on it to get it fixed. They didn't seem to pay much attention to the reason I came in and instead gave me a list of other things that needed to get done. Not impressed. I came out with having to pay for my next appointment ahead of time and I severely regret that decision. It's not worth the convenience of being open late to have my mouth worked on by people I don't really trust. Going to a family dentistry practice in the area instead when I can cancel my appointment.

I called on a Thursday to ask about getting my bottom denture fixed. They had an opening the next day (Friday) and I went in. The receptionist was so sweet and the paper work was easy to fill out. They told me the cost of fixing my denture and my appointment. I do not have dental insurance. I asked when I needed to come back to get my denture and they said they are working on them now!! The cost was really reasonable and I walked out about an hour later with my dentures in tack!! Everyone was so nice and helpful!! I would recommend Aspen Dental to everyone I know!!

Everyone is so nice. I have never had a bad experience with any procedure. I have had many bad experiences in the past with other dentists and those experiences kept me from getting proper dental care. Now I am getting my mouth healthy and feeling better about keeping up with dental care like I should

Absolutely the BEST group of Women!!! They made the visit very comfortable. All options were given along with time to decide on those options. They not only explained in detailed you issues but what needed to be done and in exactly which steps were best to take. After all of this they still let YOU decide on your treatment. Love this location and will definitely be returning for longevity.

Dentist, dental assistant & office manager were extremely nice, patient, helpful & showed a lot of compassion. Did not enjoy front lobby staff during check in. No privacy was provided as personal information was being voiced loudly throughout waiting room. Even though identification with current information & insurance cards were provided, check in receptionist still was not very professional in regards to HIPAA law for patients. ID & insurance card weren't handed back as they were handed to check in staff. Cards were just laid down on counter & told "there are your cards back". Initial encounter felt uncomfortable but once in back felt more private, and welcoming. Will go back again as the dentist, his assistants & the office manager were very kind and professional.

This is the worst dental office I have ever been too, very unprofessional!! We visited this office to see if my daughter's wisdom teeth needed to be pulled or if they were coming in straight. We waited 45 min. before being called back for x-rays. We continued to wait in the office for 20 more min. before seeing the dentist. The dentist was VERY unprofessional. He came in and looked at the x-rays for 10 seconds and stood up and said the office manager would be in to let me know how much it would cost. There was no consultation with him, I asked if they all needed to be pulled he said yes and left the room. Needless to say after waiting another 20 min. we decided to leave and never did see the office manager for the quote. I ended calling back to have the quote emailed to me... curious how much a "dental office" like this would charge and they quoted me 3,500. That's crazy!! I ended up going to another dentist in town, very well known, only to find his cost was 2,000. I wouldn't send my dead dog to this place!!!

Never heard of this place before but nothing but good things to say about the staff. I had a cleaning with Leslie and she was amazing. Made the whole process easy and relaxing, and informing me on everything that was going on with my teeth. This location was close to home so not my normal dentist but, they welcome me in with open arms. Great service over all no complaints.

My husband and I had a wonderful first visit at the Aspen Dental office in Alton! Our dental assistant, Detta was amazing. My husband has a really sensitive gag reflex and HATES having x-rays done. Detta was able to give him x-rays and he was completely fine! Both the hygienist, Lauren, and Dr. Sullivan were super friendly and helpful. They talked through what the next steps were for my husbands cavities and even explained and showed me what exactly was happening in his mouth. I know many people say they hate the dentist but I think that is because they haven't had great experiences like we just had at Aspen dental. Go see them! They are so kind and will keep your teeth looking shiny and beautiful!

Very pleasant visit the staff are all professional and courteous the Dr went through everything pointed about the stuff that can be done right away & stuff that can get done later. Highly recommend going here.

The first impression, for me, determines if I'm going to be happy with my visit. The Aspen Dental in Alton IL is fantastic! From the first call answered to leaving, I was very happy, and have made them my new dental office. Everyone is nice, and they make you feel welcome and comfortable.
