Been going here for several years. No one ever mentioned that Dr. Vallely left the practice. I went in for my yearly cleaning. New Dentist comes in which she basically said she could help with pulling my teeth but would cost me more and referred me to University Chicago school of Dentistry. Ya, no not going into the city. A few weeks later I receive a bill from them for $256.00. I paid $150 but after reaching out to BCBS they told me that Dr. Ranedm Alhakim is not in network, so I did not get the discount. It would have been nice if someone had mentioned this before scheduling. Now waiting for a call back to see if they will refund me $256.

Dr. Renee an associate dentist in Arlington heights replaced a 40 year old gold crown and did it extremely well probably as fast and thorough as I've ever had a crown done in my 55 - 60 years I recommend her ability education and talent she's a wonderful dentist.

The staff is fantastic! Debbie is the best oral hygenist out there! I came in with not the greatest mouth and there was no judgement. Today my mouth is healthy and it didn't break the bank either! Love this place and highly recommend it!

Amazing team of people taking care of your needs and looking out for patients wellness. Dr V was great and made time to do a procedure outside of the schedule to take care of the pain! The office even followed up with a phone call to check! Surely makes you feel special and well cared for! Great job to the entire team!

Associates for General Dentistry was an amazing dentist experience! I have a lot of dental anxiety (even though I'm only 20), but it was completely extinguished the minute I walked in the door. I was given a tour of the office that highlighted the lovely waiting areas and the technology used during the procedures. I was also given a cute welcome gift which was icing on the cake!
The dental hygienist was SO nice. She explained everything she was doing, and offered me great advice on brushing and flossing. She showed me X-rays and pictures of my teeth, what she was looking for, and what she noted for the doctor to check. She also gave me some tools that can be used to help me be a better flosser.
Dr. Vallely was also very nice, and explained the kind of dental work I need done very kindly and clearly. It was easy to tell he knew what he was doing, and his credentials were nicely displayed in the office I was waiting in before I met with the dental hygienist. You can tell he's a good person and a great dentist!
I would absolutely recommend coming here for dentistry. It was a delightful experience and this will be my dentist for a long time.

Dr. Valley have been taking care of my family since we moved to Arlington Heights 4 years ago. Dr. Valley is a highly skilled doctor, he fixed my teeth easily that other guys didn’t want to touch. Debbie is my dental hygienist, she is very friendly and professional.

My husband, family, and I have been going to Associates for General Dentistry for over 20 years. They are extremely professional, courteous and most important of all good at what they do. We always get in and out on time and have always had wonderful results not matter what was needed, from cavities, to cleaning etc.
I would highly recommend Associates for General Dentistry, and Dr. Vallely in particular to anyone who wants an extremely professional dental office that is also friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr Vallely and Dannette, his assistant, were excellent. I had a crown installed by a different dentist that was done incorrectly and caused a lot of pain and gum inflammation. Dr V was able to remove and replace it. There were a couple of steps in the process that I had wait 5 minutes and Dannette was very friendly in striking conversation to help pass the time. She asked several times if I was ok (if I was cold she offered a blanket or if I needed to use the restroom before we moved to next step). I sincerely appreciated both of their attention to taking great care of me.
