Springer/Orser Dentistry

Such incredible professionalism at this office. I'm always greeted by my first name, and the chairs are so comfortable. They even have TV screens on the ceiling so you can watch TV during your procedure. Highly recommend this office when you need dental work done.

Doctor Springer and the entire staff at Arlington Hts. Dentistry have always been very professional and welcoming, starting from the front office to all of the lovely ladies within this first class organization. Going to the dentist is not something I normally look forward to, but everyone has always made each visit a pleasure.

VERY thorough exam and analysis. Dr Springer clearly explains complex issues. I really like his holistic approach when evaluating me and how he presents multiple treatment options. Lisa was terrific and she and Dr Springer always make me feel truly cared about.

For many years I have been patient/customer at this dentistry and I always enjoyed (as far as you can use this term for dental work) excellent service by Dr. Orser and the entire team. Now, everybody getting older, I got some concerns about the foreseeable change due retirement, as it takes me a long time to find confidence and trust to someone looking after my teeth. For me, here was the pleasant experience I had with the "extended" and on-going transition from Dr. Orser to Dr. Springer. It was easy to get acquainted with the person Dr. Springer and the way he performs the work he is doing. So, my initial concerns are entirely gone and I believe my dental needs will continue to be satisfied here.
And for now my believe, as stated earlier/above, is unchanged. My trust in this dentistry remains high and applies to all individuals working there, in a friendly and well equipped environment.

I discovered Dr. Springer's practice through the American Association of Cosmetic Dentistry's dentist search function. I had a front tooth filling (and two molar fillings) in desparate need of repair and due to trauma from a bad experience with a different dentist, I was determined to find the absolute best person available for the repair job.

It is rare to find a doctor as sensitive and meticulous as Dr. Springer. He listened as I told him the results I'd hoped to achieve and gave his professional advice on how to proceed with treatment. He created a plan and with each appointment I became more and more excited to see the final result. He was exceedingly communicative, kind, and relentless in his pursuit of perfection, almost as though it were his own mouth undergoing the procedures.

It's difficult to express just how pleased I am with the results, my repaired front tooth looks absolutely perfect! The tooth colors, opacity, and surface texture are imperceptible from my other teeth, it is a true work of art and I couldn't be happier or more grateful to Dr. Springer and his team. From the front office staff, to the hygienists, to the doctors, the level of care and professionalism of this practice is unmatched and I recommend them to anyone in search of the best care for their mouth, cosmetic or otherwise!

I am so thankful to Dr. Orser and Dr. Springer. This is truly the most pleasant experience. I am the only person I know who looks forward to seeing the dentist. They are kind, talented, and ethical people. I NEVER have felt taken advantage of or suspicious, which unfortunately you hear a lot of people experience with their dentist. I see Dr. Springer and Alyssa is my hygienist. I can't recommend them enough. In fact, I actually do recommend them regularly to my own patients. My teeth are healthy and gorgeous and I feel I owe this all to this practice.

I have been coming here for a few years, and it is nice to have all of the staff that I interact with recognize and know me. Everyone is pleasant and very helpful, from being greeted, scheduling appointments, billing and everything. I see the same hygienist every 4 months which helps keep my teeth and mouth more healthy than the usual 6 month schedule. Dr. Springer takes care of any dental issues well, and is proactive to recommend steps to prevent things from developing into major issues.
