I express the urgency to be out of the office by 7:45 due to a work commitment. The staff were friendly and accommodating my request. The staff also acknowledged my interest in bringing a toy to donate to get the additional 10% off my co-pay which was kind. I agreed to return tomorrow at 7 AM and drop off the toys for tots. Overall everyone was kind and professional as always love this doctors office dentist office.

I went for my 6 month cleaning today and was in and out of there in 30 minutes! My very pleasant and friendly hygienist was Julie and she did a wonderful job cleaning and polishing my teeth, as well as doing the oral cancer screening and finishing up with an application of fluoride. Dr. Piper was also his usual pleasant self, asked how I was doing and also did an oral cancer screening. Julie made sure I didn’t leave without my goodie bag filled with a new toothbrush, floss, 2 kinds of toothpaste, mouthwash, and my appointment card for my next visit. Finally, the very friendly, personable receptionist Jillian checked me out and wished me a wonderful rest of my evening. I’ve been going there somewhere between 10-15 years and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else! They are so personal and friendly and really go out of there way to make you feel as comfortable as possible.

Seems no matter the issue, appointment or not, Dr Piper & his staff are Always willing & able to find a way to help.
The whole staff make it their mission to make your appointment as pain-free as possible. I seem to Always leave there with a smile.

My first visit here, i have had very little dental experience on the whole, all with high levels of anxiety. They were genuine and friendly like you belonged there. i had never had a cleaning and didn’t even realize it wasn’t painful in any way. They explained things like i was a person (i have had a few dentists talk to me with condescension) and totally put my mind at ease! i chose them because they work with you even if they don’t take your insurance and when you’re there they don’t treat you differently because of your insurance. i have plans to go back for some serious dental work and have absolutely no trepidation.

The folks at this dental office are fantastic. Reception personal was extremely sensitive to my needs and accommodated in a timely manor.
The nursing staff (for lack of a better term) made sure I was comfortable, and that I understood exactly what was to be done and what to expect. Very professional!
The dentist, Dr.Piper, was to date, the best dentist i have had. I am please to say that Dr. Piper is keeper and will continue to be our dentist.

The whole staff - starting with the ladies at the front desk - are professional and upbeat and friendly - which is what you like when facing the (cue spooky music)"torture" of Going To the Dentist.
Dr. Piper, also, is congenial and professional in his approach, and we always kid around a little, each time I am there.
Also - and this is crucial - even though my visits, for the past several years, have required only cleaning, a few x-rays and a thorough examination - when Dr. Piper HAS had to carry out any procedures - filling a cavity or "installing" a crown - his work has been quick and efficient, and the cost always reasonable.
It's a great group of people, and I almost - ALMOST - "enjoy" going there!

I drive 1 1/2 hours to this dentist office & it is well worth it!! The dentist & staff are great! They always let me decide if I want them to do more than what I came in for if more is needed. They always let me know what they are doing before they do it, & they make sure I am plenty numb before they start! I can put everything on my Care Credit card so I never have to worry about having the money right then! Affordable Dentistry Today in Bloomington IL is the best dentist office & I highly recommend them!
