I've been a patient here for about 6 years and I have not had one bad experience. I am treated well every single time and I'm always in and out in a timely manner. The staff and Dr. are amazing! I would recommend over and over again.

I love coming here! Everyone is so friendly. The staff is very knowledgeable and they take extra care in making sure you understand everything about your plan of care and what you might expect from your insurance. An all around, wonderful experience. I would recommend them to anyone seeking dental care.

I was a new patient with them this week. The building is easy enough to find and has ample parking. Inside is well lit and most importantly, clean. The desk staff immediately greeted me, they were really friendly. The equipment used to do my dental xrays and imaging equipment was super clean and well maintained. My hygienist Amber was absolutely lovely and caused me no discomfort during my visit. My visit with the dentist Dr. Piper was brief but he was professional and seemed to be a nice person.

The only issue I have is that payment is due in full at the time of the service. Dentistry can be expensive and maybe a payment plan on larger bills would be easier on the wallet of the customer. (Like 9ther medical bills) But this is a problem with dentist offices as a whole and did not affect my rating.

Dr. Piper and his staff have been taking care of me and my family ever since we moved to Normal, IL. They have a competent and friendly staff that has taken care of every dental cleaning and cavity we’ve had. They are more than affordable, they are exceptional in quality of work and patient care.

My total cleaning experience was awesome and perfect. She knew exactly what she was doing and there was absolutely no discomfort at all. The dentist is my favorite of all times. I have been seeing him for a few years now and he knows everything about what needs to be done or not to be done. Being a diabetic and with heart problems they are perfect for me. Thanks for everything thing you do for me and will see you again in 6 months

I personally have had years of dental work through the years and to be honest Affordable dental is the best dental office I have experienced. Dr Piper, to me, has always been extremely kind, patient, very knowledgeable and has recommended nothing but the best treatment plan for me. It has been a pleasure to meet and work with all of the office staff. Not only do they work with you and explain every visit, they genuinely care about each patient. Made me feel extremely comfortable and didn’t make me feel bad about the things I already knew I needed to fix. The entire staff is so amazingly sweet and helpful. They explained everything to me step by step from what my next appointments are going to look like and what they will entail to the billing and explaining that to me. Love this place!

Affordable Dentistry is wonderful. I first came here when new to town and needed an emergency visit. They scheduled me in for the same day even though I was not a patient. Their care has always been top notch. I have a very tender mouth and Each of the hygienist are extremely gentle with me. I recommend them to everyone.
