Just trying to call is a night mare. I had called to state a dental emergency for my boss to go in to have an impacted tooth removed. Well I introduced myself like i normally do and mentioned the company name and was about to mention who I was calling on behalf of but was cut off and hung up on. If this is how a place takes phone calls then they shouldn't be in business to begin with!
