They really do CARE for patients needs and take time to explain procedures or answer questions. They are COMFORTING beyond compare for the anxious or nervous patient, like me. The office and exam rooms are COMFORTABLE and offer a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere with patient-controlled ROKU. Amazing customer service. I had an implant done by Dr. Kats. I was nervous for the procedure but the staff was very comforting and the process was painless. I just got home from my appointment and I could cry from how happy and relieved I am. I have been putting off going to see a dentist out of pure fear and anxiety. I saw this office accepted my insurance and read the reviews and took the chance. And, I am so glad I did. I had been very nervous leading up to this and I had truly, a great experience. Everyone was so kind, welcoming and didn’t make me feel worse about how I already felt about my teeth. From the woman who helped with my X-rays and assisted Dr. Ann, to Dr. Ann herself, they were all so kind and helpful. The ladies in the front were nice, and Dr. Ann assured me she was going to take care of me, and help get my mouth where it needed to be. I felt comfortable and relieved to be there. I had a deep cleaning and the difference already is so drastic, and I couldn’t be more thankful. I am so happy I found this place and feel better about knowing I can go to a place I trust! I've been going there for years. Since I was born really. I've gone to other dentists too but none like this place. I typically see one dentist here but I've seen others and they do a great job of relaying what needs to be done if the primary is unavailable. The whole staff is very accommodating and very nice. They really take customer service seriously and are always trying to make you feel as comfortable as you can before doing anything. The building and rooms themselves are very up to date and very nice. I honestly love going to the dentist because the people there and because my dentist is fun to talk with. I couldn't recommend tower dental any higher.

I have been a patient at Tower Dental for decades. Dr. Kats has always had both an exceptional chairside manner and clinical skills. Most recently Dr. Ann and her assistant Tammy provided an emergency tooth removal for me. The procedure went smoothly. All parts of the procedure were explained in detail and they calmed my nerves. This practice is exceptional!
