I recommend Tower Dental to anyone looking for a quality dentist. I’ve received consistent and wonderful service here. Dr. Kats has seen me for years and each time makes me feel welcome and taken care of. I’ve seen a couple other dentists at different clinics and I have found myself driving an hour out of my way from Chicago to come back to this location. Dr Kats is someone I know I can always trust to work on my teeth. He works quickly and efficiently. The assistants and hygienists are also all very nice and do their job well. The office is always very clean and comfortable.

Dr. Wince is extremely kind, efficient, detail oriented, and gentle! My fiancé and I just moved to the area and I was worried about finding a new dentist we liked. I am SO lucky we found this office and absolutely loved our visits with Dr. Wince! I was specifically impressed with the high attention to detail. My exam was extremely thorough, I was taken back on time, and staff was extremely helpful. Prior to coming to my first appointment, I had some issues with my dental insurance signing me up for the wrong plan and staff helped me through it all and was very pleasant to work with. We plan on staying in the area long term and I am so happy we have found our new dentist!! Thank you, Tower Dental, for such a high level of care, attention to detail, and for welcoming us so warmly! We look forward to our next visit!

I highly recommend Tower Dental! Dr. Kats and his assistants were amazing. They were exceptionally pleasant and made me feel so comfortable. I had a lot of dental problems and Dr. Kats with his incredible skills was remarkable! The entire staff is so very friendly and professional! I am very thankful that my daughter told me to come here! I have had a great experience here. Also, the office is very clean too!

I could not have asked for more from Tower Dental! Everyone I spoke to from the first call to the person waving me goodbye treated me like family. Despite my anxiety and chronic illness, Dr. Ann and her team were quick to make me feel confident that I was in good hands. I was very impressed with the thoroughness, compassion, and ability to make me smile while helping me feel damn proud of my new smile!
Update: I've been back to Tower Dental a couple times since my first review and am still very impressed with the place. The place is spotless and staff is very friendly.

Dr. Ann did some dental bonding on my front teeth. She did exactly what I asked and I am delighted with the results. She was patient and listened to my wants..Dr. Katz filled my cavity last year and saved me from a root canal. Laura is a great hygenist. Overall the staff is pleasant and professional and they are always on time without waiting time.

Tower Dental is fantastic. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness and respect, from the front office to the assistants/hygienists. I just finished Invisalign with Dr. Kats and could not be happier with the result. This office was perfectly transparent about fees, treatment, and expected outcomes. I highly recommend Tower Dental!

So we had been going to Tower based on reviews. Dental services are acceptable. They are courteous, professional, and competent. We stayed on for a year, but due to processing/billing issues we left in June 2020.
Specifically billing is inconsistent and on more than one occasion we received invoices for additional charges sent to us well after services. Our billing experience has been the difference Tower Dental charges vs. what insurance pays months after service. Once, maybe twice could be ok, but for us there were more of these experiences and we decided to change dental offices...or at least I thought we did.
Recently (May 2021) we received an invoice for services provided in June 2020 (additional charges for services almost a year after services).
UPDATE: After posting this review, Dr. Katz contacted me and we resolved the issue. I do appreciate Dr. Katz reaching out to understand our experience.

This is a good solid dental practice. I am not particular about which dentist or hygienist I see, and while I think I usually have the same hygienist, I have probably seen and used all the dentists for my work. They are all great. I had a crown replaced, and the crown I received at Tower fits like a glove, and looks fantastic. My husband also goes here and has received excellent care. He had a more problematic issue concerning a cracked / dying tooth and lingering pain and they were awesome and worked with him until the issue was fully resolved. Also, and this is important, they don't just "find" things to work on. My husband and I often go in there for cleanings and leave, with no need to come back until the next scheduled cleaning.

A while back when I came for a routine cleaning, the hygienist said to me "I see you're no stranger to the dentist's chair". I speak from experience in giving Dr. Kats and his team the highest rating ... my visits to Tower Dental are comfortable and painless. Since I started coming here a couple years ago, my teeth are in the best shape they've been in 20 years. Much appreciated.
