I switched to Tower Dental from Grove Dental a couple of years ago.

The service is night and day between the two offices. Tower's hygienists and Dr. Kats are both welcoming and friendly. The office is very clean and every room has a TV. At my last cleaning, I was in and out in about 25 minutes.

Whenever the topic of dentists comes up between family and friends, I am quick to recommend Tower.

I am very impressed with the level of service from Tower Dental. Everyone is very nice and helpful from the moment you arrive. Dr Kats did a great job with a crown I needed for an implant and had me fitted for a new custom night guard. The night guard is of very good quality and it fits PERFECTLY! (Way better than my previous custom night guards.) Overall high recommendation for Tower Dental and Dr Kats for all your dental needs.

My family and I are new patients (since 2018) and we've all had very positive experiences at Tower Dental. Good location, nice office, and a wonderful team of dentists, hygienists, and office staff; all of whom seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs.

I've been a patient at Tower Dental for at least 15 years. They offer great care for my entire family and invested in the well being of all of us. Visits are pain free and even enjoyable for my kids.

Just finished my dental app with Dr.Katz from Tower Dental in Downers Grove. My 4 pm appt started promptly on time, no waiting. I had 10 teeth bonded without any drilling and without any pain. Awesome!
Dr. Katz and staff were incredibly efficient and professional. I was walking out of the office by 5 pm with a bright new smile! Teeth looked fantastic!! Great job Dr. Katz and staff, I'll definitely be back...

I have been to TDA on late 2017 for several visits. I have done deep cleaning and more than one filing. In general my overall experience was good, I have seen better at other practices. I had to do the cleaning on two separate visits and I was satisfy with my first cleaning, on the second when I have arrived I have been told my hygienist was sick and someone else done the cleaning from outside the clinic as I understood it was so rushed keeping in mind that it was supposed to be deep cleaning, I believed they supposed to let me know before hand of this change and let me decided if I want to change the date or proceed with another hygienist. The other thing I did not like or I do not understand is that they take an x-ray to look for cavities but the x-ray did not show all the cavities I went to other practice in the same month and I have got a different results. Regardless of this I do like the doctor's work it might be just a medical opinions and it differ between one doctor to another. With all that being said I am still not going to write bad review because I just do not like to write bad reviews about any businesses. My biggest issue was that after almost two years after my first visit I have discovered that they send my billing account to a collection agency and it surprised me. I have been there maybe 4-6 times and every time when I am done I have been told by the front office I am cover %100 by the insurance. I have been in contact with them via emails many times after my last visit sometimes they even initiate that by emailing me to confirm an appointment or responding to my email asking about potential visit. They never bother to notify me by email about my outstanding balance, it was very simple to them to just send it to a collection instead of taking responsibility of what they said in the first place that I do not owe them anything, even if I do that is fine just let me know. When I did email them asking to correct the issue I got very cold response "we have several dates of different attempts to contact you before your account was outsourced. Unfortunately your account is now at the hands of Capital Accounts". Unfortunately it was very cold and unprofessional response, they never took any responsibility about the fact that they did many mistakes first they provide me with wrong info second they did not try to inform me of the balance that I do not know where it came from.
In general the work of the doctor and hygienist were good, the billing people might made mistakes and they would just send it to a collection very easily without bothering to tell people.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kats for over 10 years. He always goes above and beyond to make sure I receive top dental care. I had several root canals and they were treated in short period of time with minimal discomfort. I highly recommend Dr. Kats for anyone who is looking for great patient care.

I highly recommend this dental practice. All of the staff are always kind and accommodating, and they provide excellent care. I have had cavity, root canal, and crown work done here. The office is also lovely and comfortable and convenient in downtown Downers Grove.

7am. Wind Chill minus 14. Last thing anyone would want to do is go to dentist. But folks at Tower Dentists were warm and friendly and efficient. And Alex my hygentist, well she was great. Can't say she made teeth cleaning fun. But it was fast and painless and I loved the feeling of running my tongue over polished teeth. Highly recommend
