This office needs a new receptionist. Kim is a very rude lady, she doesnt verify insurance account numbers for claims, she doesnt check on billing issues past 4or 5months. Then trys to blame others. She hung up the phone on me. I will not be returning because of her. It is a shame because I really did like dr fornelli & assistant Makenzie.
