I would like to thank Dr. Williams, Ashley E., and Ryan for the excellent treatment and attention to detail that I received at Aspen Dental at the Freeport office. The ability to get an appointment quickly to diagnose and treat the problem was amazing. My total experience with everyone in the office was exceptional and I will highly recommend them.

I'm so happy I chose Aspen Dental. From that momemt I walked in the door I was impressed by the cleanliness and friendly, professional staff. My appointment for an exam and assessment moved along nicely. Dr.Patel was kind, professional, respectful and answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns in a truly honest approachable manner. After consulting with Dr. Patel, I was ushered into a private office, where the manager explained a detailed treatment plan with me. I was glad the staff had contacted my dental insurance carrier and had all of my benefits figured into my treatment plan. I've had dental work done in this region in the past and Aspens prices are definitely in line with other practices in the area. I feel the friendly, yet totally professional care I received, was without a doubt, the best I've received in the area. I'm looking forward to starting my treatment plan.

I'm beyond thrilled with how Dr. Williams was when I first came to Aspen dental in the freeport location. He was concerned for all the things I had gone through, and wanted me to have the best outcome. I had a pretty diar issue and I've felt with trauma and lots of it with dental offices being freshly moved to an area. Not Dr. Williams he was determined to get me going in whatever direction I wanted to go, we sat and had an actual conversation of what could be done and what things entailed. He treated me like a human capable of making an informed decision not telling me what I had to do, and when I decided we moved fast not wait months here and finish and then wait months again. They all were beyong compassionate, and determined to make me feel comfortable and not in a fake way either. I love this place and I even bring the rest of the family there thats how kind and professional they are! All of the staff are beyond kind and just make you feel welcome, going to the dentist for alot of people is nerve racking as it is, but at this location at least they make sure its not that way even when your at a 10 of anxiety they are great! Highly recommend this location!

Went here for a very basic procedure. A check up was done, wasn't what I was there for. After giving me the "talk" like a used car sales person, I knew it was coming. The estimate totaling thousands of dollars with insurance. Excuses were made why my procedure wasn't done. Maybe because it was inexpensive and covered by insurance. Went to another dentist the next day, the procedure was professionally done without the hard sell. Surprisingly enough I did not need the recommended work Aspen gave. My opinion is to stay away, unless your going to Starbucks.

They made me feel comfortable and at home.

Dr. Patel is kind and compassionate. He made sure I was comfortable and was not in pain during procedures.
Dental assistant Ashley always has a smile on her face, is professional and works well alongside Dr. Patel.
The entire staff are professional and kind.

On my first visit to Aspen Dental the hygienist discovered and treated an issue that had been overlooked before. I appreciated the friendliness of the office staff. And in particular, the professional and warm, caring manner of the Dental Assistant, Karoliine, immediately sets you at ease!

I went in as a new customer needing an extraction, saw me right away, and made a plan to correct everything wrong with my teeth. Discussed different options based on my finances and settled on a plan that i could both afford and get the most done for the money i had available. They were able to get me back in the same day and with in the same hour and start my cleaning and scaling. After i was done with that i was then seen by the Dr. and had not one but 2 extractions done. After I has numbed several times because of an infection around the tooth it didn't take the Dr. long to remove both teeth, about 10 minutes.

Took my husband in for a simple extraction and they would do it because tried saying that he needed all this other stuff done before they could pull the tooth. Needless to say we contacted another dentist and he pulled it right away! I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone! There just out there to take your money!

The people here are nice and do good work but the satisfaction guarantee is a scam. My husband got dentures and was told to wear them for 24 hours no matter what. His gums bled the whole time till we went to Immediate Care and the doctor told him to take them out. He hasn't wanted to wear them since but Aspen refuses to give him his money back. I asked about the commercial for $299 dentures and was told "that's for people without insurance". Apparently if you have insurance they're over $2,000. They already got $5,500 for pulling his teeth. They said they could only refund the $900 we paid for his dentures (didn't mention insurance paying the other $1,100+), then sent us a bill for $111 that insurance didn't pay cuz it ran out. I wonder how many times they've been sued 🤔
