Aspen Dental

My experience at Aspen has been fantastic. Everyone on the staff are super friendly. They made me feel very welcome and like Inwas more than just a number to rush out the door.

I had a filling fall out and went to Aspen Dental in Freeport Il to have my tooth filled or a root canal as I was in extreme pain due to the nerve being exposed. I am 33 years old and have what I would consider nice teeth. I was told I needed dentures and all my teeth taken out. I was sat down and given all payment plan options. Here's my issues: 1) I went for a second opinion the next day and got my tooth fixed without removal of all my teeth or dentures. 2) The only thing they did was prescribe pain pills 3) They immediately said I needed dentures without discussion of the ONE tooth I came in for. 4) I am a cash paying customer. I don't need a payment plan and the fact they assumed that just irked me. 5) I feel this is a straight DENTURE company. If you are looking for a dentist for YOUR teeth go elsewhere. If you are one of the people looking for dentures no matter how good your real teeth are then this company is for you.

I came in as a new patient and was pleasantly surprised by service I received. Everyone I spoke to was extremely kind and took the time to explain what is was they were doing. This was one of the best experiences if not the best experience I've had at a dentist.

The Freeport Il Aspen Dental has been a great experience so far. The staff and dentist were very knowledgeable and kind. Unlike other discount dental offices they do not try to talk you into expensive unnecessary procedures.

Extraordinary. From the moment I walked in. I only wish I could have found Dr. Patel and his staff a long time ago, I wouldn't be in the shape I am now. But, better late than never. They are the kindest, most compassionate team of dental professionals I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, and the level of service I received yesterday, exceeded my wildest expectations.

I would love to give a 5 star because the office staff and the hygienist were amazing, the dentist... not so much!!! I use to go to Dubuque Aspen Dental and wanted to stay, so when you came to Freeport I was pleased.... or so I thought!

Pricing was off from one day to the next. Jess told me one price and then Mandy nearly doubled the price.

The office in Freeport was able to get me in right away for a consultation. When I called to make my appointment for extraction they scheduled the same day, after arriving and paying I was called back to be told my appointment was cancelled from the dentist, and I would be rescheduled to the next day.

I came the following day, was able to be seen.. When giving me the numbing shot for the roof of my mouth I almost jumped out of the chair because she was so rough with it, my arm actually flinched and hit the dentists arm, which then she yelled at me.. I was able to be squeezed in for a cleaning on the one side while I waited to have my tooth extracted. The hygienist was cleaning my teeth and I told her that I could still feel the roof of my mouth and what she was doing, she told me to be sure to let the dentist know. When I went back for the tooth to be extracted, I let the dentist know, she just seemed annoyed and irritated that she had to numb me some more. When giving me the second shot of numbing stuff, if I could have came off of my chair I would have, she was so rough and I was in so much pain when she was finished I had a hard time catching my breath and actually started tearing up. Getting that tooth extracted was far from a pleasant experience, clearly I didn't expect it to be rainbows and butterflies!!! After she extracted the tooth she immediately left the room, and one of the hygienists did the explaining and gave me the prescription.

I was able to be scheduled for the other half of the cleaning 40 mins after the extraction and the hygienist that did the cleaning was absolutely phenomenal, if it wasn't for her I cant tell you if I would be back or not. I sat in my car for the 40 mins, because I didn't want to go anywhere and just needed to get my bearings together from what just happened!

**After speaking to the office manager, my opinion has changed, I'm now waiting to hear back from the regional manager, was charged for a tooth brush that is $135 and some tooth paste and mouth wash that adds up to $59 - which I was never informed about, a deep pocket cleaning that I was told would be $400-$500 now adds up to be almost $800 without any sort of explanation, told the office manager that I hadn't had this sort of experience with Dubuque, and that I had no problems going back, she told me she would be more than happy to send over my records. What type of business wouldn't want to keep patients coming to their location??**

Process wasnt bad, but the temporary cap they gave me didnt even stay in place for 8 hours. Will give them one more chance but ive had much better results from other places

I want to thank Dr Williams, Ashley E, Diamond, Paige, Gabby and Ryan for the most awesome experience I have EVER had getting dentures! They were all so amazing and the fit is perfect! 😀😀😀

I had to wait in car,they only take 1 patient at a time in office. I was there for 2and half hours. They do give you exrays,still had to pay 20.00 for what I don't know,all I wanted was to get out of there. Got to see dentist for about 5 minutes, couldn't understand him.dentist never gave me price,then you have to go talk to finance lady.would never go there again, so impersonal.

I went to Aspen Dental in Freeport, IL after spending 14 1/2 hrs in the UW Hospital emergency room in Madison. After looking for brain tumors, etc, it turned out that I had deep root infections on nearly all my teeth which was spreading into my eustachian tube and left eye - and the doctors made it clear that this was a life threatening emergency - that these teeth needed to be pulled IMMEDIATELY. Dr Patel and everyone there at Aspen Dental set to work on me right away, and within hours, my bad teeth were gone and replaced with a good set of dentures. They worked with me and helped me stay within my budget - as this was all very unexpected! I just can't say enough good things about how kind, and considerate and helpful EVERYONE was there at Aspen Dental in Freeport! I would highly recommend Dr Patel and his staff to anyone looking for a great dentist with a fabulous staff! I believe that they may have even saved my life!
